We bought an Arctic Summit Legend Extreme and it has NOT worked right from day one. After purchasing 4 filters at almost $50- we have now been advised to call service as the "ozonator" in many of the models were faulty. Our spa is in our built in sun room. The contractor and salesperson spoke to each other, the sales person took pictures and decided to make a 4 foot access at the back of the unit for servicing. Upon delivery, it was mention that you may need access to the other sides, however at that point it was too late. The sales person NEVER mentioned ANYTHING about ACCESSING ALL FOUR SIDES . What is the point of the sales person coming tot take site pictures??????? Now that we have a problem and have to access the "ozonator"that apparently is NOT on the accessible side., this will be a very costly procedure. We have confronted the sales person only to get the runaround. DO NOT EVER BUY ARTIC SPA!!!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THEIR PRODUCT AND SERVICE!

Have had an Arctic spa for Three months with the 'onzen' system. Its not worked since day one. The customer service is disgraceful. Unreturned messages..unble to get through to anyone. Response times to coming out and trying to fix it are awful. Still not working as we speak. Head Office have never replied to any mail I have sent them.DONT BUY ARCTIC.- Read james231410's review (64 words)

The biggest and the best - Hmmmm - Although The spa itself is great except for the Bromine Rejeneration System ( Good thing for warrentys )
Customer Service absolutly is the worst anywhere in the world, If you did not buy a spa from your area your out of luck. If you need service, call between 800 and 830 or your out of luck a personal cell number?
So far because I know spas everything is working and im making it work wheather I add tablets or count on the regen system great, but $18245 for a ...- Read Guest's review (200 words)

I agree with the original poster. I've had lots of trouble with my Arctic Spas Cub Ultra and I've got a friend that's had trouble also. Poor service by my local dealer just compounds all the problems I've had. Spa bad, dealer worse!- Read spabuyer's review (43 words)

We bought a Arctic Spas Cub Ultra nearly over 5 years ago and really have never been able to enjoy it. Not only has just about everything on the tub never worked very good the service has been very poor. A lemon is a lemon and this tub should have been replaced. I would never recommend this Arctic Spas Cub Ultra.- Read crookedriverranchman's review (106 words)

Bought my Arctic Spa Cub Synogy in Dec 2005. Free installation via our local dealer it was craned into the back garden. Good strong jets and excellent quality product. Great warranty had to use it a few times for leaking water - one of the pumps had broken. The cover isn't good in our wet damp climate had 2 replacements already under warranty, the tub needs to be placed in a sheltered area with some protection surrounding it really ours isn't to protect the cover from the winter weather. We ha ...- Read dcourt's review (206 words)

Looked at a lot of different tub builders and decided to pay a little extra and buy Arctic spas Summit. Tub showed up with nick out of the cedar trim and cover lifter did not fit because the way we positioned it next to our deck. Delivery guy said he would bring the lifter back and notify the company about the damaged trim. I would get an in store credit.
No one called to see how the delivery went. I have been in the store 3 times have called a few more times asking about the credit on my acco ...- Read Cheerz's review (160 words and 1 comment)

Most of the adverse comments seem to be related to the dealers who installed the spa. When choosing the dealer ask them for the names of some customers who have had a similar spa. Visit one or two and look at the spa being used and ask their opinion. Also look for dealers who have been in business for some years. A 5 year guarantee is no use if the dealer vanishes after only one.- Read tkashmore's review (133 words)

I bought a Arctic Spas Cub Ultra because I was wheelchair and bed bound in great pain and use it 3 times a day it is fantastic but I can't use it because the large jets have a plastic shoddy piece and so far at 6 mths old 3 of them have shot out and plastic clips have snapped.water evaporated at a fast rate and it turns out a pipe was not properly conected causing evaporation.the dealer told us he will charge a callout fee of £90 if he needs to repair a fault even one which is not our fa ...- Read THUNDERCLAP's review (129 words)

We also enjoyed our Arctic Spa Cub Ultra until it started to go wrong. It has had an easy life by most standards but has been out of action for more than a year now due to a fault that the engineers cannot find. If I could get hold of a chainsaw I would chop the thing up and dump it.- Read Guest's review (70 words)

We originally loved our spa. We still love it, when it works. We did not start having problems until it was 10 months old. Once the problems started they have not stopped. Although the dealer has come out to try to fix the problems every time we have called, the frequency of needing to have the Arctic Spas Cub Ultra spa inspected and repaired have taken away from its once relaxing qualities.
I can not recommend this product to anyone based on our experiences. This is an expensive lemon ...- Read oneblessedgirl's review (156 words and 1 comment)

Having shopped around and looked at lots of different spas we decided on an Arctic Spa. The main reason being the construction and low running costs.
We found the dealer to be very helpful in fact nothing was too much trouble. Every aspect of owning a hot tub was explained and we didn't feel under any pressure to part with our money until we fully understood what we needed from our spa.
Installation was seemless and on the promised date. The engineer talked us through all of the operations ...- Read lukejenkinson's review (162 words)
