Good Points: Only had our vax for a couple of weeks, got this from Argos - advertised as a V-095 model, but this one comes with the Turbo head which is good. Vacuum has great suction, but so did our Dyson at first so we will wait and see about that one.
Bad Points: The flexible hose is far too bendy. Drives me crazy as it bends and therefore stops sucking at every slight movement. Also the noise from this machine is unbelievable!! Lets hope the doorbell doesn't ring when I am using it as I have no chance of hearing it!
General comments: An OK vacuum - completely let down by the hose. The noise I could live with.
If I new about the hose before - I wouldn't have bought this. Saying that when the hose is straight it does suck well and it is a lovely colour vacuum and the attachment storage is a much better design than my old Dyson was.
