    Good Points: Excellent service you guys are great. I can fly into Miami, Fort Lauderdale, or New York and you guys always have something for me!


    Bad Points: I wish you guys had more locations I travel a lot to the west coast!


    General comments: I've dealt with all the image offices and everyone is wonderful and pleasant.

    I'm in an 11 piece jazz/funk band, and the last 2 times we've had out of town gigs, we've rented from Image Rent a Car. Previously we used to just take separate cars to each of our gigs plus our equipment van, but now it's a lot easier and more cost effective to just rent the one large van when we play. We've dealt with Emma from Image the both times and she's been absolutely amazing, always professional and with our best interest in mind.     Myself and 14 other friends are currently holidaying down from here in the U.S.A from Australia in celebration of finishing University. One of our biggest challenges was finding large enough transportation to support our group for our East Coast road trip, but orgainising it all through Image Rent A Car was an absolute breeze!

    When we decided to have a holiday in the USA there was no doubt about it, we HAD to rent a car and drive as far as we could and see as much as possible in the time we had . We looked for a reliable company in New York and to meet us in the terminal So like a VIP SERVICE.     As an executive at Morgan Stanley I travel a lot for business, I have experience world-class service from some of the best firms around the World.
    Simply put during the stressful Holiday season, your Product "Car Rental" and Customer Service at IMAGE Rent A Car is the best, The Car was clean and delivered on Time. I know I will continue to use and recommend your services.

    Nice Cars & Superb Service! in New York City.
    Full line of Convertibles like Porsche Carrera, Jaguar XK Convertible, Corvette Convertible, BMW 650 Convertible, Mini Cooper Convertible and More.

    Over this past weekend I flew into JFK, the rental office I had my reservation with did not have a vehicle for me. I started my frantic search for a car and was told to call Image Rent-A-Car from someone working at the airport, I did and and found they had a car available for me. Their office is not at the airport, it's at the Holiday Inn not far from the airport.
