They advertised that they could unlock my phone, however later mailed me to say that they did not as yet have an unlock code. However I could buy a sim form them or wait for the unlock code to be released as far as I am aware? I waited for this code and now notice that they want another £30! Do not appear to be a reputable company from my experience.

I do not recommend to use Unlock Telcom, I paid Unlock Telecom through Paypal for three unlock codes for different phones, which I never received.No reply to e-mails, phone number seems to be non existent, finally paypal saw in my favour and refunded my money.

Unlock Telcom have not yet sent me a code and in my opinion ignored my emails. I do not recommend this Mobile Phone Unlocking Service..

Having given me a price to unlock my phone by model number after half an hour they informed me that my model was not one they could unlock - the fact they already quoted a price to do something they were in fact unable to supply suggests that this is a total waste of time.

The service they supply to me was to take my money and tell me nothing at all in return. When I complained they then told me they can't unlock your phone and sent you some generic unlocking info. (garbage) which they scraped from t'internet. When I further complained they say you should have read the terms and conditions before buying from them. In compensation they send you an out-of-date Orange SIM card.Mm, I wonder if I will do business with them again?

Unlock Telcom iss not the only one, also foneszone.co.uk are doing the same, i paid £3.99 too, this is disgusting, i thought about it when i saw their web site, without a clear way to contact, i wish i could put my hands on them.

This company appears to trade under Unlock Telecom and the more appropriate Virtual Effects Ltd. I have complained to paypal. I shall also be lodging at complaint tomorrow with trading standards.
I would advise giving this company a very wide berth.

I wanted to unlock my mobile and found their website, it all sounded good to me it was all secure etc. But they take your money for nothing. I have also posted on ixnet, and I am going to get in touch with Paypal about this. Do not use them!

Unlock Telecom took my money from Paypal the same day and promised my code in 72 hours along with a confirmation email. I never got either! I emailed them via their website many times asking for the code or even a response. Nothing. Not even a "we are busy" response.
I have filed a complaint with Paypal so I hope to get my money back. I know its only £3.99 but why should companies get away with this?
DO NOT BUY A CODE FROM THIS COMPANY

I paid Unlock Telcom £3.99 to unlock a Samsung d600. All I get is an auto response from them saying they are busy. I will be chasing it up with Paypal.

Dont buy from this company they will only let you down. They will state that the code hasnt been checked and may not work. Also they say that your email server is blocking there emails. I have put in a paypal dispute and also contacted the paypal's fraud department.

I'm in Australia, paid Unlock Telcom www.unlocktelecom.co.uk through paypal, got the same email as the other chap saying my phone has not been tested and their unlock codes may not work (THEY KNOW THE MODEL OF PHONE BEFORE YOU PAY, WHY CANT THEY SAY THAT FIRST!!!) Big surprise the codes didn't work, now because I tried the wrong unlock code too many times my phone is PERMANENTLY LOCKED TO THE WRONG NETWORK!. I could have taken it somewhere and paid $45 and had it done professional ...

I paid Unlock Telcom 3.99 and they never sent me my unlock code, I tried to contact them four times by email and they never answered back, not a single word, I even wrote them to the email they give you when you don't receive your code after the agreed time, in my opinion they are a poor company and will never buy from them again.
