So glad i found this post.This horrendous company called JCT600 MAZDA WAKEFIELD needs reporting to the relavent governing body.I bought a car from them on finance and right from the start they tried all their con tricks and i must admit to my embarrassment they succeeded.I don't know about the servicing and parts side but from what others are saying on this post i can well believe it.The finace guy,a cocky snotty nosed kid who looks like he's just come outta college misled me on the finance i was taking,hidden extra charges that he did'nt tell me about.Evenutally after a screaming session i got the hidden charges dropped.The sales staff don't even return your calls.Also be wary of the DRIVER'S CLUB,i was thinking of joining when i bought the car but on the application form you have to take out MOT insurance at £29.99 otherwise you can't join,just another gimmick to get more money out of you.I would love to stand outside their premises handing out these reviews to unsuspecting customers.Now having my hands scolded i now use a different Mazda franchised company.Will let you all know if i have any probs with them.

I use to work for this company and only survived for a very short time, The company like other big companies do not want to retain customers, just rip em off in what they call upsells, a good one is to check your bill and see if they have charged you for a 1 ltr top up of oil that you didnt ask for, plus all the other upsells, Brake fluid and air con treatments.
Also you usually get charged full labour costs for additional repairs which should be discounted down to allow for the vehicle combinat ...

Incredibly poor customer service. The man at the service desk is incredibly argumentative. They do not do the work that they said they would carry out. When I complained about poor workmanship and them not doing the job he shrugged his shoulders and tried to blame me for the fault: like I'll pull bits of trim off my £15k car for the fun of it just to waste my time going to the garage to complain about it.
They are very good at taking money off people but aren't bothered about customer serv ...

I took my Mazda 6 to the Leeds branch of JCT 600 for a full service and despite a large bill I was then told I needed to pay an additional £60 for a pollen filter. I was then advised my brake pads needed changing front and rear at a cost of well over £200.I took the car to a local garage who told me only the front pads needed changing and it was then I was told that the brake fluid had not been changed which was paid for on the service. This is the first garage I've been to where a car was priced at £4995, but after over an hour negotiating I was told the car would cost £5875 - actually more than the listed price! This is because they tried to sell me all sorts of extras such as seat insurance etc. The salesman completely ignored my requirements.
Like our previous reviewer, I do not recommend this dealer.

Mazda advertise - Have your Air Con Serviced for £69! Then they tell you that your car has a leak and its going to cost over £600 to fix! Then they still charge you £69 for the air con gas they have put into your car and for every £1 of that £69 pound you hand over the gas is escaping just as quick!
