    Having read previous reviews, I have to say that I am more than delighted with my windows & cannot praise Andrew Wright Windows enough. Apart from a couple of minor issues (these were resolved efficiently), the installation was carried out very professionally.

    A very satisfied customer & money well spent. A great job all round - well done & thanks.

    Andrew Wright Windows delivered a very good all round job excellent products and a full 10 year warranty on everything no exceptions, backed by network veka. Felt I was treated like a human not a computer number.
    Good communication from the members of staff I dealt with.

    They fitted the wrong windows and then said it was my fault, the front door is still damaged some 7 months later. I wish I hadn't paid up front

    Problem with water in roof panels with our Andrew Wright Windows still not addressed 7 months later. Mould present on mastic and roof 4 months after completion. No one interested. No completion certificate as yet. Appear to have staff "no longer with the company" when you want to speak to them. No room to go on. Hopefully this review is read by the managing director of the firm. Due to customer dissatisfaction I would not recommend this company to anyone. Neighbour got a similar conservatory mu ...

    We received a letter from the installation department informing us as to when they would be starting the work to fit our French doors. They didn't arrive on the day, despite a confirmation phone call by us two days previously.
    We were told they would arrive the following day and that the work would be completed in one day.
    The mess left in the room from cutting through the brick wall was unbelievable. The only dust sheets were provided by us. No attempt was made by them to clean up before the ...

    I recommend that you use Andrew Wright Windows at your peril. No discount was offered, and the company refuses to provide a completion certificate until payment is made in full. Numerous threatening letters have since been received, and 6 months later the conservatory is still not safe to use as the electrics (including an electric heated floor) have not yet been tested.
