    Beko CDA653FS is the worst product for reliability ever! Mine lasted just over 1 year and many other reviews tell the same tale. It's price may look attractive, but not if it only lasts a year. I won't ever buy Beko products again, and for that matter any products from Comet. They should take some of the responsibility for selling such rubbish.

    Bought my CDA653FS in July 07, April 08 it looks like the compressor has gone similar to the review above. Awaiting contact by Beko will update if felt necessary.

    Bought mine at the start of June 2007, by January 2008 the compressor had gone and the Freezer compartment was actually part cooking the food! Following over 6 weeks of phone calls and 3 non-appearing service engineers, was told that Beko would not replace a product over 2 months old, only fix it under warranty - fine, as long as they actually turn up!
    Will not buy Beko again.
