    I have just returned from holiday and would just like to thank ace meet and greet for a fast and efficient service.

    I have only one word to describe ACE parking and that is plain awful & rude, was kept waiting on the outbound and kept waiting again on the return i had 2 children and was utterly disappointed. No apology and no explanation. Made a complaint and it was ignored. I just would like to warn everyone reading this review if you want a fast efficent service then use onsite parking or another meet and greet.

    1st thing i'd say before I write the rest of this review would be that the service is pretty good, however now I have seen where they store the cars my opinion is a lot worse. Let me explain. Drop off was fine on time etc and collection would have also been fine had my car started. Unfortunately for ACE it didn't (electrical fault). This meant that after their guys had tried to get my car running and couldn't we were given the 'car park' address to get a taxi to and arrange recovery. So off we g ...

    Having used Ace Parking last year and been very impressed with the service and value for money, we were happy to book them again for our Honeymoon in September. We were held up in traffic on our way to Gatwick but called ahead to advise, so collection of car went smoothly. The car was checked over as usual and the pristine condition of our newly installed alloy wheels was noted.     I used ACE Meet and Greet parking last week and have to say how fantastic the service was, my car was delivered within the 20 minutes which considering how busy car parks are this year, is not bad. The staff were very helpful and a service you would expect from a company called "Ace" Parking. I will defiantly use ace parking again and recommend to all my friends.

    Having used the ACE PArking service 5 times, would never use this service again. The last time we used it the ACE representative returned the car and immediately shot off at high speed. It took us minutes to realise that the ignition key to the car had been broken with the fob falling apart. This meant that you had to hold the key together for the anti theft device to start the car. We immediately rang ACE who said that the key had been fine when it was given to the representative at their end, ...

    Fantastic service I received from Ace parking, I waited about 5 minutes for the collection and about 15 on my return to the UK. Well done Ace, maybe not the cheapest but a little more for peace of mind make good sense when leaving your car with someone you do not know.

    Gatwick, ACE Meet and Greet service was excellent on the way out, alas on the way back it took 55 minutest to bring the car to the airport, no update was provided and every time we've asked for one, we were told that "the car has left". Not much fun waiting for a car in front of LGW till 00.10.

    I've used several meet and greet parking services before, but this was the first and last time I've used ACE Meet and Greet having been lured in by their slightly cheaper quote. The drop off worked fine, although the driver was obviously waiting for another car.
    The return was about average; a 20min wait for the car to be returned and when it did it was filthy. It also had a new scratch above the near side wheel arch, but as I had not paid the extra for their 'inspection' service, I had no real ...

    Brillaint service from ACE Meet and Greet, couldn't have gone more smoothly! The process before and after the holiday couldn't have gone more smoothly and service was great. No hassle of finding carparks and heaving your luggage on and off buses! We would def use again and recomend highly!

    Good points with ACE Meet and Greet the price. Bad points, waited long time for car and someone smoked in my car. Car was dirty like it had been in a mud bath and scratch to outside. Not a good service only good thing was price

    After having our flight changed by the tour operator on 3 occasions it is not surprising that all the amendments to our booking did not filter through to them. However when I phoned before arrriving at the airport the man on the other end of the phone was very helpful and quickly organised for us to be met.

    On return to the UK we were approx an hour late. Again no problem the car was back with us within 5 minutes from phoning. Thanks for all your help ACE Would recommend and use again. ...

    I would use ACE Meet and Greet again as we didn't have the hassle of waiting for buses. We had a short wait when we got to Gatwick but we were earlier than anticipated. On our return the representative arrived within 5 minutes of waiting. Value for money.

    In January paid for my car to be looked after by Ace Parking Meet and Greet Service. When I went to collect it their driver drove it right by me and parked way forward in a badly lit area - this was at night. Should have twigged something was wrong. He asked me to sign for it, shiftily shoved the keys in my hand and made a sharp exit. Off I went and next morning realised why all the cloak and dagger stuff.     We have used other meet & greet services before for skiing trips, with 2 girls under 5, being dropped off outside the front door, without having to lug bags, snowboards and children is a godsend. ACE were bang on time at 4.00am and waiting for us when we returned.Excellent service and would use again.

    I used Ace over Christmas and returned at 2345 on New Years Eve. Pick up of car was in five minutes and return in ten! Pretty good considering the day and time. Staff seemed helpful and professional. On the phone they seemed to know what they were doing. I will use them again.

    Definitely an ACE service, we have used another company but Ace are the best by far. We called 15 minutes before arriving and they were there to meet us. On the return, we called as soon as we had our last piece of luggage. We only had to wait around 5 minutes for them to deliver the car back to us, which was only because we managed to leave the airport much quicker than normal, as there was not a lot of people about.     We went on holiday for the first time with our toddler and needed a valet parking service to make our experience a little easier. We did a lot of research to look for the best price and decided on ACE Meet and Greet, as we'd read some awful reviews on other cheaper meet and greet services.
