    Good Points: Decent looking website - Full of Promise regarding Customer Service and Security.


    Bad Points: No one replies to emails - unless it suits them!
    No contact of delivery/due dates etc - unless you contact them first.


    General comments: Ordered a Sony Ericsson MBW-100 Bluetooth Watch - delivery when ordered prompted 24 hours - then 1 week - then nothing!!!!!
    Tried to cancel order via email and phone on several occassions - Full of promises - when they can be bothered to reply.
    Still no refund to date!

    Beware - Quick enough to take money - Not willing to give it back though! Still waiting.

    Watchdog - Here I come!
