Good Points: Prices are very reasonable and all the staff are very friendly. The cages are clean a good size and have all the neccessities for a cat on holiday. The cat had the smug look of a pampered feline when we picked him up.
Bad Points: You get the feeling the cat had a better time on holiday than you did!
General comments: Cat arrived home from 5 Star Felsted calm and unpeterbed and not the bundle of nerves we were expecting. The cattery has recently opened a luxury set of suites and due to lack of spaces the cat is booked into these for the near future...we'll never get him to come home!

I would not leave my dogs at any other kennels. He loves going t0 5 Star Felsted, he loves the owners and is very well looked after. He is exercised lots and is clearly treated like he is on holiday. When we ring up, the staff talk to us at lentgh about what he has been up to, it makes our holidays without him bearable. We have been with this kennels for 2 years and would never go anywhere else.

Star Felsted have fantastic kennel conditions, fantastic people, they walk the dogs at least once a day for no extra cost unlike most kennels, do extras such as grooming, bathing, clipping.
They have 11 dogs of their own so very experienced

Clean, does not smell doggie. The dogs are not barking all the time well painted and well looked after. They also do grooming which is excellent. My dog has been there 5 times now and I have no issues with sending him again, it makes me feel more relaxed about going away.

This is simply the best kennels ever!!
The couple who run it are great, nothing is to much trouble and the accommodation is so spotless.
Our 2 dogs love going there and we now use them for grooming services as well.
