Good Points: Best Home Study Provider
General comments: Just finished my Sage Payroll and will recommend every One the Support was Fantastic and Course Material was UP to the Point and very easy to Follow and Best Teachers support On top of It

I enrolled for bookkeeping and payroll in april, got part of the goods delivered so called to advise them got the other part delivered, happily going along doing the course with a few minor problems, and then in september got a letter to say that I had been passed over for administration purposes to a debt collection agency. I did not have any debt as it has been paid monthly - after having conversations with both HLC and the debt collection agency I was assured that there would be no problems - ...

The course books came in a few days and the tutors were brilliant. The support people in the office really helped me when i needed it.

Didn't explain the course, enrolled it to do IATI but they told me that AAT was the same course. I was also mislead into doing this course that it was a well known qualification in Northern Ireland but I have later learned that employers in Northern Ireland don't generally ask for this qualification, they ask for IATI. When I wanted to cancel the course homelearning are telling me that I can't cancel it cause I'm outside my 7 day period but when I enrolled I was told that I could cancel at any t ...

It seems many of the benefits they advertise are not active yet, such as the virtual class room and student forum. My books arrived about a week late. The books so far seem to skip over a lot a information and do not really appear to enter anything in depth. I would not sign up next year as I don't think it is worth the money. I feel I could find better information on the internet.

Did the business management course in 11 months - felt really good about completing the course and was able to work at my own pace - no hassles, no stress.

Signed up for the Financial Admin course with HLC, was a bit weary about studying again after so long, but have to say coming to the end of my course now, it was good.
I enjoyed learning, and my tutor was helpful and I feel confident enough to think about doing another one.

I enrolled for the marketing course with Home Learning College. I received my course books on time and the tutor was really helpful. I am half way through the course now and I am really enjoying it

I supplied a payment address to Home Learning College and quite clearly stated that there was a different delivery address. I was then informed that they had sent it to my payment address and this was turned away.

So I signed up to do the Home Learning College course and received a pack containing a box with Units 2-6 inside. No explanation and no book 1. I call my tutor to complain who explains that there should have been 2 packs of stuff and book 1 is in the missing pack (apparently a lot of people have had this problem). I tell her that my address was incorrect on the pack I did receive so she corrects this for me. I then phone the call centre (although the number originally given no longer works) and ...

Was a bit nervous about studying with Home Learning College, after hearing negative reviews but i must say my experience was brilliant, the coursework arrived on time, tutor was really helpful and i managed to successfully finish the course in 11 months.

Having not studied since school, I was a bit doubtful of starting my Web Design course and worried that I wouldn't be able to make sense of the books. However, I was pleased to find that the books were very readable, colourful and easy to follow. What made the difference and brought them alive was the fantastic support I received from my tutor. I have now designed several websites, including my own and some for my friends.
