    Good Points: Microwave works fine, until it breaks.


    Bad Points: Worst customer service I have ever experienced.
    Run, don't walk from Sharp electronics.


    General comments: The Sharp R-24ST Microwave worked great until the magnetron tube (which was under warranty) shorted out and burned the interior of the oven cabinet.

    Sharp's supposed Customer "Support" was unhelpful, did not return calls, and was rude to both me and my wife on seperate occasions.

    Sharp LIED to us twice, indicating that our replacement oven had been shipped. After it never arrived, I was told that whoever told me that was wrong(two different reps). Additionally, we were told that they would not replace the oven unless we paid a prorated fee. This was to replace an oven that had a defective part that could have burned down our house!

    Buy from this company at your own risk.
