Sales girl was quite rude and unhelpful. Not a lot in my size usually anyway, but I asked what they had in converse. She said it wasn't possible for her to keep looking at what there was in my size and that I should just pick which design I liked. After 6 or so unavailable she just sort of huffed off and went and served someone else. I wanted some winter boots too, but took my £200 and spent it elsewhere. I will not be visiting Treds again.

As others have stated, a bargain usually is too good to be true.............and it was!! Ordered boots as stated in stock, paid through Paypal. Simple straight forward. Next day received an email from Paypal informing me of a refund of the whole amount. No contact from Treds! We contacted them to be told there is a huge turnover of stock and they sold out, good little marketing ploy. The boots were paid for on the 15th and still the refund isnt in my bank account for me to access, Paypal have decided there is a problem with it. This is over £100 that I am now without, if Treds had have acted efficiently in the first place this wouldnt have happened. I have now ordered the same boots for £30 less from a reputable high street store. Treds arent worth the bother really.

I ordered about 8 pairs of shoes, all from the sale and at a crazily cheap price. It looked like I'd got a bargain but over the next day I kept getting e-mails informing me that there had been a problem with the website and that certain items I'd ordered weren't actually in stock and therefore I was going to be refunded for them. This was a bit of a pain as surely the website should be kept up-to-date and at no point was I given the option of exchanging the out of stock item for something else or getting it in a different size (I'm between sizes so can occasionally risk getting a different one). It took an entire day for the last of the e-mails informing of this to be received as they were all sent in separate e-mails. Generally I'm not happy with the service at all and would not recommend using the website. Maybe next time I'll find my nearest store and arrange to pick them up, as it seems bizarre to me that you can order and pay for items without being sure you'll ever receive them. The only compensation I received for the inconvenience was a code for 10% my next order without any discount being received for the present one. It's unlikely I'll be able to make use of this reduction as I won't be wanting to repeat this experience for the sake of £5 off.
