I just want to warn people against using treds.co.uk. It's a very long story but the short version (I know it's not that short but there's alot more to this story!) is I ordered some shoes that never arrived, when I called to try and trace the order a very rude man told me that it had been delivered and signed for so there was nothing they could do, I contacted the post office and eventually (after almost a month)they tracked the parcel down. It had been mis-delivered to someone with the same name as me that happens to live on my road. The post office advised me and I now have proof from them that the reason this happened was because the parcel had a hand written address and there was no house number so the postman had delivered to another house on my road knowing that someone with my name lived there. I have emailed treds several times but they're ignoring me and if you ring them they're unbelievably rude and unhelpful, please don't make the same mistake I did, there's plenty of good shoe website's
