    Good Points: Speedy service and price


    General comments: Ordered from treds online thurs 10pm received by tues am and £60 cheaper than anyone else...i love my cargo 3s.... thanks

    When I went into tReds the staff where really helpful. The layout and range of footwear was very good not to mention how good the price where. Bad points, to be honest I can't find any. Overall I found the staff very helpful.

    I found them to be overpriced, seemed about 3 years behind of footwear trends and I thought their customer service was disappointing.

    I feel that treds are far behind other shoe shops such as Office and Schuh. Have a good wide range of skate shoes. Although, you could probably find them some where else for less.

    I have bought one pair of trainers from treds and I will never do it again. Not only does their produce seem expensive, but when the shoe came apart after wearing them twice, they refused to give a refund saying it was wear and tear. I wore them TWICE!!

    There was a fault with a shoe I bought from treds, they insisted on sending it away for a week before they could offer me a refund or exchange. I felt this was not very customer focused.

    I just want to warn people against using treds.co.uk. It's a very long story but the short version (I know it's not that short but there's alot more to this story!) is I ordered some shoes that never arrived, when I called to try and trace the order a very rude man told me that it had been delivered and signed for so there was nothing they could do, I contacted the post office and eventually (after almost a month)they tracked the parcel down.
