    Good Points: The hotel has some great facilities - the pool was lovely. The room we had was small but clean. The hotel is impressive and well looked after.


    Bad Points: Hardly any of the staff smiled - apart from the receptionist! They did not seem to understand customer service. The food was often cold despite us going to dinner and breakfast at different times. It was obviously recycled from other evenings too. We won't be going back!


    General comments: On holiday what matters to us is being able to mix in with local culture and the local people away from the ski resort and hotel seemed nice and friendly. Everything was expensive so don't go to Bulgaria if you think it is cheap! It is different to other resorts we have been to across Europe. The skiing was very good and the efficiency of the lifts was good too but you can get that in many other places. Many of the staff at the restaurants and cafes on the mountain were also not particularly friendly and in some cases very reluctant to serve!

    Excellent service, friendly, helpful staff, good exchange rate. Excellent rooms, clean, towels changed daily, awesome views.
    Hotel also has an excellent indoor pool, Gym, and steam room.

    Great snow......Great runs........Great people.
