    Ordered a Relyon Bed from BLTBeds in November.This was delivered within the 4 to 5 weeks quoted.I saved £150 pounds on this bed compared to my local stockist, very happy with the bed and service.will use you again when our son needs a new bed!

    I bought my new bed from bltbeds with a 4-5 week lead time. I had a call from their carrier after just 3 weeks to arrange delivery. Contrary to some of the reviews on here I have found bltbeds to be very polite and courteous and the best prices I could find online anywhere. With my experience bltbeds I would recommend them to anyone. Great value and promt polite service.

    we ordered a Hypnos superking bed from BLT beds website online. It took 8 weeks to get delivered and several phone calls to chase the order up. When the bed was finally with the courrier 'COMPASS' we got a phone call to say it would be delivered the following tuesday or not at all (we had politely asked to arrange the delivery for another day). Apparently it depends on the route that the delivery van goes, but I was under the impression when I placed the order that it could be arranged to suit y ...

    Ordered beds and cancelled the order the next day in mid-August 09. Today is 29 Oct and I am still waiting for my refund despite calling and emailing many times.

    Where do I begin. Very poor service. Full balance paid on goods on August 13th, 2009. Expected to wait a few weeks but after 2 months I contacted them and they hadn't yet ordered bed frame and it would take further 3-5 weeks. Picked a frame that they had in stock, mattress already in stock- and arranged a delivery date. Very happy at this time that I was at last going to get my new bed! Mattress arrived- no bed frame. Courier firm damaged frame so didn't deliver. BLT offered to order new ...

    WAITED SIX WEEKS FOR DELIVERY OF BED AND MATTRESS, HAVING PAID FULL BALANCE ON ORDERING PRODUCT.ONLY TO FIND OUT AFTER SEVERAL PHONE CALLS ON THE SIXTH WEEK, THAT BED FRAME WAS NOT IN STOCK. FIRM COULD NOT GIVE US ANY IDEA OF WHEN TO EXPECT DELIVERY. WE THEN CANCELLED ORDER AND ASKED FOR IMMEDIATE REFUND.     I purchased a Millbrook divan from them back in February, and it is just perfect!

    It arrived on the date given, and at the time stated by BLT Beds.

    The bed is so comfortable that I find it hard to get up in the morning for work!!

    I bought a cabin bed from BLT Beds, and when I built the frame, the ladder was faulty. They agreed to replace it, but then nothing. This was in early January 2007, and despite numerous phone calls and e-mails, I am still waiting in March. I have heard excuses such as, 'the customer service girl at STOMPA is off sick' and the 'courier company lost it'. What is most annoying is that when I have found asking for an update, they promise to investigate and call back, but then they don't.

    Changed my order at last minute, let me off a tenner and delivered on time, very courteous, best company I've dealt with in ages, customer for life!!!
