Good Points: None, apart from the only people claiming to have what I wanted.
Bad Points: Personally found it incredibly hard to contact. Could'nt find feedback on order process.
General comments: Placed an order for 2 LED lamps at the start of this month.
Got an automated answer and an order number by email.
No goods.
Tried contacting them.
Bounced
Tried again through their contact form.
Ignored.
Tried phoning. Out of hours.
Tried phoning. All operators busy - but no hold just ends..
Tried phoning. All operators busy
And so it goes on.
I do not recommend m-99.co.uk

Ordered 2 phone cases for our samsung phones which arrived a week after the order was placed and did not fit. As far as I am aware I have not yet had a reply from my e-mails to which I had attached a photo showing that the cases would not fit. Therefore I do not recommend m-99.co.uk.

I ordered a Data Cable on August 7th 2008 to be sent First class post.
Conformation email received within the hour.
Still no delivery 17 days later.
My emails requesting delivery date have all gone unanswered so far.
Order department at M-99 will not pass on my enquiries.
Will I use this organisation again?

I ordered a Genuine Nokia 6310 phone case from this company on the 4th of August 2008 but have not received the item to this day. I have emailed them twice now albeit that the contact page doesn't work .. somehow it did throw up their email address on my BT Yahoo email composer! There have been no replies! I have tried to phone in using the sales number but this just goes to answer phone with some long winded chat.
I wish I had found this review site before hand as I would not have used this com ...

Ordered a Vodafone 716 charger, received quickly & working fine. There was even a discount code on the envelope for 5% off my next purchase!
Helpful staff when new products on market. Stocked charger that I was unable to get from Vodafone.

I placed an order for a Nokia case and never received the order or any reply to my 30+ emails as far as I am concerned.I do not recommend M 99.co.ukI 1st tried to order it from a company called Keep Talking UK.They took my money but I never received the goods as far as I am aware.I emailed them around 20 times over a few days chasing the order. Fast delivery is possibly the only good point for me to mention about M99.co.uk. As in my opinion the delivery was of the wrong item, I found it difficult to get communication with this so I shipped my item back, as far as I am aware I have not yet had an answer.

Ordered a new Nokia case - paid extra for 1st class post - still waiting after 14 days.
They as far as I am aware have not yet responded to emails, even from their own site, no response to faxes, unable to contact them by phone.
I do not recommend m-99.co.uk

I ordered a mains mobile phone charger, but received completely the wrong item as far as I am concerned. As far as I am aware I can't get in touch via their website - it seems to drive me round the bend. I will not let them get away with this. I do not recommed m-99.co.uk.

Wish I'd read these reviews before I ordered with this company. Like so many others, I ordered products online, paid extra for a next day delivery, and as far as I am aware received nothing. All attempts to contact have failed as far as I am aware, automated message constantly on the phone number, and e mails via their "CONTACT US" link have had no reply. In my experience I have even canceled my card, and advise anyone who has made a purchase with them to not do with M 99. I do not recommend www ...

Ordered a mobile phone battery from www.m-99.co.uk which has not yet showed up. No reply to my emails, no one answering the phone. Their 'contact us' & FAQ page is arrogant enough to state that it includes every question you could possibly ask them, and they also say you must wait 28 DAYS from when you ordered before they will bother replying to inquiries about that order. I would not touch www.m-99.co.uk again with the stick, do not recommend M99. Luckily I have only lost about a 6 quid.

I`ve been waiting almost a month now, for a mobile phone charger that i paid a bit extra for "first class postage" on. no one ever answers the phone, and i cant find any way of talking to anyone there.

As far as I am aware m 99 never replied to any of my e-mailsTook over 3 months to deliver goods, by which time I had bought elsewhere and at a better price (ordered 28 Oct 07 - delivered 8 Feb 08).
I would never use again - dont recommend M99.co.uk

I received my unlocking code two days after I ordered it online and it worked first time. I am very happy with the results and very pleased with the product I ordered from M 99. I recommend m-99.co.uk!

Order placed for a USB charger for a Palm on 26/11. The only way of following up the order is to use the contact us page - despite at least two attempts, no response. Would not answer the phone. Item finally arrived on 24/12. No formal invoice, just a credit card receipt with my full credit card number printed on it. Would definitely never use them again or recommend

I bought a cell phone charger from M 99, and its unfortunately the Same story as many others, no email address, no cell phone charger and no answering of emails. Defiantly not recommended!
