    I would advise anyone to keep well away from this company - I bought a phone battery from them and stupidly paid by debit card. The wrong battery arrived and all attempts to contact the company were ignored. Also soon after the transaction I was a victim of identity fraud concerning the card I used for this transaction. The police have been informed

    I bought a lobster 544 battery from here. It arrived the next day and i couldn't be more happy ! - Even Virgin themselvse couldn't supply me one.

    I bought speaker cable from M 99. Paid in full but was never delivered and they wont answer emails or take any calls.

    Beware! Beware! Beware!
    I bought a mobile phone charger from M-99.co.uk on the 1st of May 2009.
    They took my money from my card but the charger never arrived.
    I have requested a refund but they don't respond to emails.

    I ordered a phone battery from M 99 and it never arrived. Have wrote so many emails but no one ever gets back! Money has been taken out of my account and the bank can't pay my money back as it was done on debit card!

    I suffered exactly the same fate from M99 about a year ago. I cant remember exactly what I ordered then, but payment was taken from my card and nothing was delivered. Several emails and phone calls (no one to talk to) yielded no refund nor goods ordered. My previous orders from M99 came alright but the last one was a bad experience.

    I'm quite surprised by these comments as my company buys from M99 on a weekly basis and has done since 2001. They don't sell a great deal to trade but their retail sales are massive.
    I think people should not judge these comments too seriously - it's similar to if you were to look at BT's / Virgin's / any other large companies comments on the net and see how many negative reviews they receive. It's all relative !
    We're happy with M99, and we will keep using them.

    I ordered a Mgtf spoiler on 10th June from www.m99.co.uk at a cost of £69.99 and paid for this with my Visa Debit card. they e mailed me with a receipt confirming this amount. Upon checking my bank balance it appears they have taken over £114 for this item without my authorisation. I have informed my bank of this and they are investigating after trying several times to contact them. I no longer want this item from them due to their actions and have asked that they refund the money b ...

    I called into M 99 in person last week and bought one of their GPS speed camera systems, there were only 4 of them working there, but all were very busy packing orders.
    My experience was very good, the unit is brilliant and was a total bargain at £32, they were also very friendly and willing to have a chat.

    Hi This is similar to other negative comments about this site. Ordered a spare battery for my mobile a compatable case from M 99. case arrived but the wrong battery! No Replacement or refund as yet. Now 3 weeks! No reply to e -mails and phone calls only direct you to the website. Looks like I have lost my money

    Do not touch M**! I believe m-99 is a complete scam and have reported them to the trading standards. Ordered my goods and paid extra for next day delivery... nothing has arrived. They don't answer the phone as their so called operators are always busy and you can't leave a message and I have emailed them and never received a reply. I am still waiting for a refund and if they don't I will take them to a small claims court.

    Wish i had read these reviews on M99 first. Ordered car charger for my MP3 palyer and replacement battery for my MP3 player.Paid extra for fast post.Received the totally wrong car charger and a note at bottom of invoice reads.You will receive your battery directly from china.They dont answer emails,cannot contact them by phone.emails bounce straight back to you refering you to their FAQ page.They are a complete waste of time.

    Ordered a battery for a tom tom from M 99 and was immediately charged on my credit card. No delivery for a week . . any phone calls (expensive, 0870) just go to an answering machine. . . no response to emails. This company is rubbish. Barclaycard refunded me and I wrote a complaint.

    Ordered battery for Samsung SGH-210R mobile phone from
    M 99. Wrong battery sent. They would not respond to any emails. Telephone number is answering machine and the never ring back. Have returned wrong battery 3 weeks ago. Still not got my money back.

    Unhelpful service, I found it difficult to contact by phone. Wrongly described item sent. The charger that arrived did not have a suitable tip for the lap top I had despite the specific claim on the website that it was for my particular laptop.

    Sorry to hear that many reviewers have posted negative feedback about M 99. I received my laptop adapter within 4 days of ordering it so I was quite happy about that! It's a shame that I requested for a Dell adapter and I got sent a universal one...lucky that it worked fine on my laptop!!
    All in all I paid £13 as opposed to £80 to what other leading retailers sell...

    Sorry to hear that others have had a bad experience with M-99. I received my goods within 4 days of placing an order. However, I placed an order for a Dell laptop adapter and received a universal adapter. Needless to say, I'm glad that it worked!
    The price isn't too bad either - 13 pounds as opposed to 80 pounds to what I've been quoted!

    Item returned to them by Recorded Delivery and Royal mail have confirmed it has been delivered. No response from M99 received. I have found another phone line for them and will try ringing them on that on Monday.

    I ordered a sat nav charger. The money was debited from my account on the same day but I have not yet received goods. They have not yet as far as I am aware replied to my emails. I will give them the statuary 30 days before I put my claim through, I do not recommend M99.co.uk.

    The dual sim card I ordered did not fit my mobile model. I need to return it, but didn't catch the e-mail address when phoning and can't find it on the website to notify them of the problem before returning the article. Therefore I do not recommend m-99.co.uk
