    I've had lessons with two other driving schools in the past and failed three tests. I went to BSM and they were brilliant. My Instructor was FANTASTIC! They're all fully qualified at BSM unlike other schools, and that made such a difference. It helped having such a friendly Instructor who could pick me up on anything i found difficult, and fixed it for me quickly and easily! I passed my test first time. :)

    I had a BSM driving instructor some years back. He was crazy. He smoked in the car even though I was a non-smoker. He would drive into petrol stations with me to fill up the tank; he would wave his fists at other drivers if they annoyed him and he never took me on any test routes. It was always round quiet residential streets.
    I never learned anything with him. Eventually he asked me out for a meal. My partner advised me to give him up. Needless to say, I did. What a complete waste of my ...

    Their customer service attitude is poor and you can't imagine how they talk about customers behind! I phoned once to book a lesson for my mum, as my mum is easy to get tired so I asked whether they could split the first lesson to two 1-hour sessions. I called back as I was not sure about the lady's explanation. This time a guy aswered the phone and talked to the lady, who said: 'she's such a liar!'(the guy didn't put me on hold..).     Poor customer service, Not customer centric, high handed attitude, not helpful, no value for money.
    Would not recommend BSM for any driving instruction for customer apathy and negligence.

    I have only had one instructor and he is good, he has gave me feedback, he is patient, he does not waste time. I have only use BSM and found them to be very good remember this is my opinion it all depends on the instructor you have and BSM also check up now and then to find out if I am happy with the service. I would recommend BSM but always check round before joining up with any driving school or private instructor.
    I haven't taken my driving test yet has I still need to improve.

    I spent about £1200 for lessons and unfortunately failed last week.
    Looking back at my driving experience with BSM, I have come to conclusion that the problem lies in great extent on the instructor side. Rather than repeating the manoeuvres which I knew quite well we should have focused more on difficult areas such as roundabouts. I had an impression that my instructor was just too afraid to do that.
