“3 weeks and no speakers or reply”

I ordered a set of speakers over 3 weeks ago and after 10 days I contacted there support team, I haven't heard from the support team and there's is no other way of getting hold of them, there is no way I'd ever deal with this company again they are by far the worst I've dealt with (read more)

I ordered a car radio on the 4th March which hasn't been delivered yet (it's the 27th). Noone answers their support ticket system and none of their telephone numbers get answered. (read more)

I have been waiting for over a week for my order to be dispatched despite choosing next day delivery. I have tried raising support tickets which is the only way to get in touch with the after sales support team, but despite their website saying they will respond within an hour, two days later I have not been replied to. My money has been taken but I have no idea if or when I will take delivery of my order. (read more)

Ok, so after 4 days the support team repsonded and said that the first order got lost and they were sending another one and that the website was wrong and support should actually respond within 2 days. I now have the items I ordered over two weeks after ordering. They are cheap, but the delivery times are misleading and the communication with the customer leaves a lot to be desired.

I ordered a present for my wifes birthday very late (typical man). The order was placed on a Friday afternoon at 2:30pm and my wifes birthday was on the Monday after the weekend. I was concerned that it would not arrive in time but to my surprise the item arrived on Saturday morning at 7:45am! Outstanding service and good communication. Would recommend to anyone. (read more)

I used this company as they "guarantee" next day delivery. This costed more but seemed worth it.
It actually took almost 2 weeks after I placed my order, for an instock item despite paying for "express delivery" (a guaranteed next day delivery service). During my lengthy wait I had the frustration of dealing with the customer support/sales team. Contrary to their job description the customer support team provided little support and certainly didn't provide any solution or adequate... (read more)
