    Ive only visited The Body and Mind Centre in Mossley once but it was an experience i would love to repeat soon! I received a gift voucher for the salon, the gift vouchers are really good value, you pay a set price for a certain amount of time and then depending how much time you have you can fit in treatments accordingly.
    When i went i chose a hour massage followed by half an hour Indian head massage, and i have to say it was blissful.
    The centre itself is really relaxing, the atmosphere of the building is calming so you relax from the minute you walk in the door so its an overall relaxing experience. The staff are really welcoming and patient, you aren't made to feel rushed at all and therefore you can make the most of your treatments.
    I would recommend others going here to! Its a great place and ill defiantly be going again.

    I have had quite a few treatments at The Body and Mind Centre over the past 12 months and I have always been impressed by the standard of treatment and professional manor they use.
    They have recently moved premises and expanded, taking on new therapists which in turn has increased the range of treatments that you can have. Their treatments range from Indian Head Massage to Group Therapy Sessions and their salon revolves around alternative therapies, ie: It is not a beauty salon offering manicu ...
