    Good Points: When it worked it was brilliant.


    Bad Points: It stopped working properly within a few months of purchase.


    General comments: I had my Samsung HT-Q20R repaired under manufacturers warranty several times. The problem of it not reading CD/DVD discs has persisted and now it doesn't work at all.

    We purchased this product believing it would replace our old system. but it is a step backwards as we could record programmes previously.
    Have contacted Samsung, they say they don't have a DVD-RW home Cinema System.
    Now awaiting to hear from the shop that sold it to us.
