    Good Points: Website is easy to navigate and find what you are looking for. Category level navigation based on seasonal and celebrations such as Christmas and Birthdays.


    General comments: I love Hotel Chocolat, the website is easy to navigate and they offer fast delivery on all their products. In fact if you live near a Hotel Chocolat store you can pick your product up in-store after buying online.

    I totally love Hotel Chocolat, they have the best tasting chocolate. As far as a luxury retailers goes they are not really that expensive so it makes the proposition of buying gifts for your family and friends from them a little less painful.

    Hotel Chocolat offers good service and are useful if you want to buy an individual gift safe in the knowledge you won't see him or her again hopefully until Christmas and hopefully very briefly when you do !

    This is a great shop to visit if you are looking to buy a chocolate gift that is a bit different.
    Some of the chocolates they make are fab, I bought a selection to try and some were amazing, a tastebud explosion, yet some were a bit dull and I was left disappointed.
    Everyone is different though and the ones I liked someone else may not and vice versa.
    I certainly will vist the Chocolate Hotel again, though it won't be an every week visit as it is a little expensive.
