    i recently visited Raymond Lee in collier Row and had a very enjoyable experience. I was greeted as soon as i walked in the salon with a genuine smile from the receptionist. The stylist was very helpful and made sure i was happy with what we was doing. I had a wonderful head massage which lasted a good 5 mins or more. it was very relaxing! I was very satisfied withthe haircut the stylist was very attentive! i shall be returning for a colour and cant wait.

    Have been going to Raymond Lee for over a year now and the cuts started out with a lot of effort put into it. Definitely not putting in the effort now and seem to be stuck on one style and what they want. Too much chatter between the stylists. They seem to take it for granted you will return as they push you into making an appointment before you leave the salon. I will not be returning to this salon.

    I have visited Raymond Lee in Collier Row and was very pleased with my cut BUT went to have my hair coloured and cut and was very disappointed. The hairdresser who coloured it completely mucked it up and I walked out of the shop with about 3 different colours, bearing in mind it was meant to be 1 colour, it was mostly canary yellow (awful) and bleach white where she hadn't put the colour on properly. I was so embarrassed about it I had to get someone to get me a colour from a shop to put over ...

    Went to Raymond Lee Collier Row a while ago and girl who had cut my hair previiously was on holiday, so I had a more senior stylist:: I complained at the time because she gave me a terrible haircut and I have been paying for it ever since: 2 days later ended up paying over £70 to get it rectified in another salon!!

    Wonderful surroundings. Professionally trained staff make you feel welcome. Complimentary head massage is wonderful, makes it worth visiting for this alone. They take care of you, offering free proper coffee, or freshly made tea, or the lovely "Chocomilk".
    The best Salon in Essex.

    I recently needed a hair cut and colouring for a special occasion and had Raymond Lee recommended to me by a friend. The service was much better than in my previous salon, they even gave me a wonderful massage. I couldn't have asked for a better cut and was made to feel very comfortable and relaxed. I will definitely be returning in future and highly recommend it.
