  Good Points: it did work well for about 2 months

  
  

  Bad Points: Poor design no parts list no customer service I now have a 600 dollar fan

  
  

  General comments: After only three months of use this DeLonghi Pinguino PAC S1000 unit lost the bearings in the heat exchanger blower Tried to return to lowes where i purchased it they would do nothing for me I have tried to contact the manfacturer several different times they just ignore me.

  My DeLonghi Pinguino PAC S1000 did not cool too well. It was extremely noisy which made it impossible to sleep with it on! Luckily we managed to return it and get our money back.

  Delonghi cusomer service poor - now seeking refund from reseller as our DeLonghi Pinguino PAC S1000 has a common fault and has already been replaced - replacement has same issues.
