    Good Points: Looks nice, works well (until it stops working!).


    Bad Points: Didn't work for very long, base stations broke and cannot be reset.


    General comments: I bought two sets of three BT Synergy 4100 phones, including 2 base stations, both sets have completely broken during the first year.
