Very disappointed with this product. How on earth do you sharpen it? The top part of the pencil turns round....but nothing happens. The bottom end, which contains the pencil, now blunt, does not move at all. I bought 2 and am so disappointed. I have been loyal to No7 for 30 years, but feel ripped off by this eyeliner pencil.
