    Good Points: easy to use with the turn of a knob to change stitches. Glides over thickness of material easily. Had various ones over the years. one godsend is the fact that it can thread the needle if like me find it hard to see, not to mention easy threading programme.


    Bad Points: cant always get the different types of feet you may like ,unlike other brands.


    General comments: all in all, i would say the toyota sewing machine is not a top of the range one and let not really basic. need to shop around for a good price as they can vary.

    I used my Toyota 21 DES for 30 minutes on plain cotton, and the needle broke twice. The presser foot was lightweight and flimsy. This machine is available for £89 on certain websites (home-sewing.com) so not sure why its being advertised on other sites as a £349 machine when it clearly isn't of that standard.
