Found One stop phone shop through Moneysupermarket. I was very sceptical based on other people's reviews but felt the deal with o2 and a free Samsung tablet was too good to miss. It's been completely hassle free. Ordered on 23/04/13, got login details for the website straightaway and could track the order. It was delivered on 24/04/13 with no problems. The phone and tablet look great. I haven't had to speak to anyone and no cashback so not had the problems some people seem to have had. (read more)

I have ordered a new Samsung S3 and the it came with the box opened. I called them to get a replacement and they wont gave a new one. I needed to send them back the phone at my expenses and also the calls to the customer care is expensive 10p + network charge for each minute. From this onwards, everything went wrong and complicated for a customer perspective and I never ever suggest to purchase from OSPS, even with any big deals (read more)

So much for next day delivery! We ordered a Samsung Galaxy S3 (on 3 network) on Tuesday 15th before 6pm, and received an email on Wednesday from 3 saying the contract has started.. This is my second phone off this company and I can honestly say that I have not had a single problem with them. Delivery has been quick, the products have been great and the prices fantastic. Do not order from these. I wish I had came to this website before I ordered from them. They emailed me a day or two after my order saying that the phone I had ordered was out of stock however there was a delivery on the way and would be dispatched within 7 days. It is now around 10 or more days after the order and I have not heard anything from them. There is no cheap way of getting in touch with them, and I followed the instructions to a tee, sending my claim in by registered post- it doesnt seem to matter. Exactly how i feel!!!
Ordered a fone which told me was in stock and then 2 days later when i queried it was out of stock. I was advised it will be 7days untill i get it but week went by and they advised again another 7days.
Decided to cancel the order and order a different fone. Again same problem. This time customer service was shockingly bad, rude, arrogant and felt like he couldnt care less. Refused to give me his name or pass me to a manager!
Never use them! Such a joke! Same reviews by everyone!

In August 2010 I ordered a Samsung Galaxy S from the onestopphoneshop on the Orange Dolphin 25 plan. I hadn't read any reviews on them beforehand, and so when I saw what others had written, I expected the worst. But my fears were unfounded.
My phone arrived the next working day, in perfect condition and with no problems whatsoever. It was already connected to the network and all its functions worked as they should.

OneStopPhoneShop scammed me on the cashback coupons, losing me over £100. This was in 2006, and I am amazed how they can remain in business, pulling the same scam off, seeing the comments here.
Interestingly, they answered my letter, but claimed there was nothing they could do since I should have complained within 14 days of not receiving my cashback coupons, which they "forget" to send out.
DON'T BUY from them!

the offer was for a 12 month contract on orange with a free phone and if i sent my bills in after 6,8,10 and 12 months they would send me a cheque for £90 each time. the total cashback would equal £360 and so effectively i would get my whole year line rental free.

It's simple enough, you get 30 or maybe 60 days to send in the bill, no need for 'special delivery' just get in touch after a week, if they haven't had the bill send it again, you sent the wrong bill twice ? I've been doing 'cashback' for 4 years now and the only problems I've had are with Royal Mail losing the letters. ( I could elaborate further ) yes you could have, and no, we don't get the idea, you consider yourself above average intelligence yet you waste money on consequential insurance and somehow send the wrong bill twice, " Hmmm, best not try the MENSA test then " !!

Every time the phone has arrived next day delivery and when the time comes to claim our cashback the cheques arrive within a couple of weeks. I have non-Auto cashback cheques tied into my purchase.
Out of the six that I had to claim over the 18 month contract period, they have so far only sent cheques for four of them, despite being sent by recorded delivery.

One Stop Phone Shop www.onestopphoneshop.co.uk have tempting deals which ive always fell for, but their customer service is sometimes okay and other times poor. Practically every chequeback that I have claimed was received after I had to constantly call and chase them and provide proof of me sending bills.
At the end of the day i stuck to my part of the deal but they fail on theirs - so you have to chase them yourself.

After my phone broke after 31 days (3 days outside of their warranty) I was unable to get a repair done. After writing to customer services, I am yet to receive a reply over a month and a half later. Their telephone support were not interested and told me my letter would receive a reply when "the small backlog was cleared". So what did you expect them to do ? You should have contacted your phone service provider and asked " where's my bill ", you get at least 30 days to claim cashback, did you suppose they'd send your cheque out anyway ? Perhaps you imagine your cheques are already written out and sitting in someones drawer ready to post out to you ?

I'd agree with that, some people think they can use a smartphone yet they struggle with the complexities of checking their calendar to see when their next cashback claim form needs to be sent ....... : ))

Just tried to buy the blackberry curve 8520 from them for the £10 per month offer they advertise.When you click on 'buy' you're taken to a page which just says 'your basket is empty'I have not been able to find a way of ordering this phone from them at the stated price.When I tried to complain even that part of their site wouldn't work.
In my opinion they are misleading the public by 'hooking' them with a cheap deal which doesn't exist.They should be investigated by trading standards.Keep well away from these lot!
