    excellent service, ordered on line, very weiry after reading some reviews but it was the best deal i could get for the phone i wanted...orederd on Monday afternoon, recieved the phone Tuesday teatime. They emailed and tx me to let me know the phone had been dispatched and gave me dhl's ref number so i could track my order.

    Everything in working order, brillant..very impresses with the professional service i recieved.

    Someone left a message on my phone asking to call him to confirm the order, when I called the number he left I discovered it was the wrong one so could not make contact.
    A week later I received an email saying my order has been cancelled as i've not contacted them. When I got in touch I could hear Mike (the guy who left the message) complaining that he couldn't be bothered to reopen it and the other girl had to plead with him to help.

    One Stop Phone Shop Website said phone was in stock. Placed an order. Got an email saying the phone would be delivered on 2/9/09 by 5pm. The following day I received another email to inform me that the phone was actually out of stock. When I rang they fobbed me off. Their website is very misleading and as I wasn't given any terms and conditions it was difficult to see where I stood. They misinformed me about the top up that HAD to be purchased.     I got missold an upgrade - One Stop Phone Shop sent a phone that wasn't what I was told I was going to get, got asked to mail it back in less than 48 hours at my own expense, and have had my current SIM discativated now for 6 days.
    This company is incredibly bad.

    My One Stop Phone Shop contract has just come to an end and i have received all my cashback. I sent the wrong bill for my last cashback so i got a letter and sent the correct one got my final cheque.

    OneStopPhoneShop scammed me on the cashback coupons, losing me over £100. This was in 2006, and I am amazed how they can remain in business, pulling the same scam off, seeing the comments here.

    Interestingly, they answered my letter, but claimed there was nothing they could do since I should have complained within 14 days of not receiving my cashback coupons, which they "forget" to send out.

    DON'T BUY from them!

    I took an offer out with One Stop Phone Shop' in june last year due to the very tempting cashback offer and me being very naive.the offer was for a 12 month contract on orange with a free phone and if i sent my bills in after 6,8,10 and 12 months they would send me a cheque for £90 each time. the total cashback would equal £360 and so effectively i would get my whole year line rental free.delivery was efficient and next day, that is a good point. when i got the phone i started to r ...

    My wife and I have now had 4 phones between us from Onestop. Every time the phone has arrived next day delivery and when the time comes to claim our cashback the cheques arrive within a couple of weeks. They are happy to help whenever we phone and there never seems to be queues on the phone. I would happily recommend this company.

    The One Stop Phone Shop are generally quite quick to answer when you call them
    Phone arrived the day after ordering.
    I have non-Auto cashback cheques tied into my purchase.
    Out of the six that I had to claim over the 18 month contract period, they have so far only sent cheques for four of them, despite being sent by recorded delivery.
    In effect i feel this company owes me just short of £100

    My bad points of using One Stop Phone Shop are that I have experienced poor customer service, the staff did not seem to know what they were doing. Both times I've purchased my phone they have been unsatisfactory. The 2nd time they sent me a handset that didn't work, when I rang to tell them they said it was the SIM and did not appear to believe me. When I finally proved that it wasn't the SIM card, they sent out a new working handset. But it took them 3 weeks to resolve the issue, and me was ...

    Mobile from One Stop Phone Shop was delivered next day, playstation arrived as promised 28 days later. I have to wait further for the Auto cash back of £60, but so far so good.I did have to call to make sure that I kept my old number, there was no queue (which surprised me) and I was dealt with in a friendly and professional manner.

    One Stop Phone Shop www.onestopphoneshop.co.uk have tempting deals which ive always fell for, but their customer service is sometimes okay and other times poor. Practically every chequeback that I have claimed was received after I had to constantly call and chase them and provide proof of me sending bills.
    At the end of the day i stuck to my part of the deal but they fail on theirs - so you have to chase them yourself.

    After my phone broke after 31 days (3 days outside of their warranty) I was unable to get a repair done. After writing to customer services, I am yet to receive a reply over a month and a half later. Their telephone support were not interested and told me my letter would receive a reply when "the small backlog was cleared". Absolutely dire, take a chance if you like but I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy bought a phone from them.

    Spent 2 days waiting 30 mins each time to be connected, never got through. It cost me 10 pence a minute to listen to their music and how sorry they are to keep me waiting all for NOTHING! Sent my bill from off 1st march 2008 still waiting for my money 1st April.

    Cheque backs on time need time read t.&C if you sign on 15th of == a month then send bills in one correct time frmae . last cheque took 10days from posting to receiving dealt with them last 3 years had 2 12 month free contracts

    and one 12 month free with cpw .

    One Stop Phone Shop have been totally unhelpful. I have had to wait 3 months for all of my cheques by which time i have to send the next bill off. They have "lost" 2 of my bills and 2 of my letters of complaint which have been sent recorded delivery and signed for by a member of their staff yet it's my problem not theirs and they expect me to keep wasting my money sending duplicates! Disgusting don't touch them with a barge pole. They have received my complaints but have not dealt with it. Keep ...
