Good Points: Value - Best bang for the buckA tank - takes bangs and hits and keeps on working Reliable - no quirks.
Bad Points: Lack of Pentax lenses available above the 200mm range. The 10mm to 135 are well covered with plenty of selection to choose from.

Over the last 25 years I have owned several SLR cameras, most of them Pentax cameras due to their user friendly design, logical approach and excellent ergonomics. I started with the ME Super, LX, MZ3, ist*D and now I recently upgraded to the latest K10D.
