    Good Points: Washes clothes nice and clean.


    Bad Points: It has put holes in some t-shirts.


    General comments: Had engineer out three times put a new drum in my Bosch Exxcel WAE 24465 and it is still putting holes in, I am now just in the process of writing to Bosch.
