Good Points: Everything, I love this machine!
A well made machine.

Bad Points: Not really bad, but it is very heavy if you need to move it.

General comments: It may seem expensive but in this case you get what you pay for, a machine that is built to last . I have had nearly every make of washing machine and all lasted at the most 18 months at an average of £199 each the £420 I paid for this Miele makes it excellent value for money. It washes cleaner than any machine I have ever owned. You only need one washing tablet and not two as recommended by people selling washing powder.

Customer service was brilliant too; when I rang to register guarantee they gave me an extra 5 year warranty for free !
Has a half hour wash that washes as well as a longer wash.
Very good design door opens to left found this much better
I would recommend this machine to anyone!

I got my Miele W1512 after my 4 year old Zanussi broke down with a PCB fault and was BER so I figured I'd pay a bit more to get a Miele which will hopefully last up to 20 years as they claim. Time remaining displayed, you can also see total time when selecting the wash.Comes with 2 year parts and labour warranty, I was able to send away a card to get my parts warranty extended to 6 years for 30 euro.
