Yes ours has broken as well. Bought it from Ideal World who's Indian Call centre deny they ever sold them. I have the receipt but not worth the effort chasing them.

I paid an excellent price for this Domotec Steam Generator DSG00001. As steam generators often have a bad name for reliability you may as well buy 3 consecutive Domotecs for the price of one more expensive model and have one constantly under warranty! Domotec are quick to replace with minimum fuss when a model goes wrong. (read more)
