    Good Points: Catchy
    Fun


    Bad Points: Perhaps a little unoriginal


    General comments: Sing your heart out Mark Owen! Take That's second single from their album Beautiful World, Shine is one hell of a catchy pop tune. However I'm not completely sure if they deserve the same attention for their recent work as they did when I was twelve..

    Mark's voice is at best, karaoke on a Friday night standard and the opening sounds suspiciously like a Scissor Sisters rip off. That said, it is a well put together little number and while it may not be completely original it's kinda cute. All in all it's a decent stab at a pop song for todays teeny bopper generation, but it's not going to change the world.

    So have the boys still got it? Well who knows but there'll always be a place for them in this reviewers heart...
