Bitburger Drive was always one of my fave beers when I drank, now I don't drink it's the only one worth it. A truely lovely beer. Becks blue comes a close second. This is down to both of them been brewed to German purity laws then de-alcoholised rather than the likes of Kaliber, "made" to be non-alcoholic. Try Bitburger, it is a great beer with out the boozy bit :O)

Definitely my favorite of the alcohol-free alternatives.Tastes like real beer.A bit high in calories compared with Becks Alcohol Free, only available in 330ml bottles at Tesco

Try it, you will like it, and no sore head in the morning, and no waking up in the cells if you are driving.I tried Bitburger Drive Beer for first time last night. I usually drink Pedigree or Bass, but have stopped drinking alcohol. Drive beer tastes like lager beer, I highly recommend you to try it. It is not gassy, it was in bottles, not draught, at John Thompson Inn, Ingleby, Derbyshire ( excellent pub also ).

I'd like to know where Bitburger Drive beer may be obtained, other than in a bar.

Bitburger Drive, so far is the best non alcoholic alternative that I have found for lager.
It has a pleasant taste and the bottle is designed to not look any different to a normal bottle of lager.
It also compliments a curry in my opinion, just like a normal bottle of lager would.
I do not drink them often, but from time to time, they go down a treat.
