    Good Points: Helpful and reliable bouquets and gifts


    General comments: I'm surprised to see Interfone Flowers rated so low, I have been using for years for my Mum and inlaws. They have always sent beautiful, flowers that have given great pleasure to the recipient. Previous people I had used, Interflora etc had sent much smaller lower quality flowers for more money. I wonder if some people have greater expectations than they should for the amount of money they are spending. It is expensive to have bouquets delivered, if you want the best, choose a more expensive bouquet! Not a cheap one and then grumble.

    I experienced poor after sales support from Interfone Flowers. Ordered a teddy for a friends birthday. Told after paying and getting my confirmation that I needed to buy flowers too. It didn't say this anywhere on their website. Requested refund but got no response. In the end, I had to get in touch with PayPal to get a refund. I'll never use these people again!

    I have ordered flowers a few times now and have been delighted with the results ,very good quality & value for money and very friendly & reliable service . The flowers were delivered the next day and were beautiful i also sent wine and chocolates to one of my friends, who was very impressed . The web site is really easy to use and they got some nice gifts for men and women. i would highly recommended Interfone flowers

    The website was easy to negotiate and order was processed easily. Was given a courtesy call to check my card message as it had some unusual spellings, which I thought was a very professional and yet personal touch!
    I found the goods where excellent value and much better than some other companies I have used and will most definitely be using the them again.

    It was my sister's and father's birthday over the easter weekend and I was going away, so searched the internet for a gift service and found the website www.interfoneflowers.co.uk and looked at the gifts I could send. The website was very informative but because I had left it to late it advised to call a FREEPHONE number to confirm. I spoke to an advisor who knew her products and managed to deliver Paul Smith Aftershave and Brandy for my Dad and flowers, wine and chocolates for my sister. They ...

    Paid just over £50 for some flowers to be sent to my Aunt on her 60th birthday. Flowers didn't arrive and when I chased them up where delivered 2 days later. I complained and was offered a refund but 2 weeks later this has still not been paid. I have chased up the refund today and have spoken to another assistant who was not interested and told me my refund was waiting to be authorised by their bank and should be with me by the end of the week. Not good enough and I will never use Interpho ...

    I will be using the service again and looking forward to seeing what I can send her for Mothers Day from the children, as I do not enyoy shopping!

    This was to be part of a Christmas present, which consisted of a bouquet and Food Hamper. When I phoned Interfone online florists customer service and told them that I wished to complain, that I wasn't happy with a simple refund, I was told "whatever", and the so-called customer service operator then hung up!

    If this is their service, all I can say is that they need to invest in training for their operators
