    Good Points: They are very helpful and flexable

    Bad Points: They charge an admin fee of £45 per amendment.. but I guess it was our own fault!

    General comments: I think Sovereign Holidays are an amazing agency. Had a few problems with my booking as people kept dropping out etc and the customer service staff were really helpful and patient with me and changed by booking many times.

    Where to start ??? I emailed Sovereign Holidays them asking for assistance with the hotel and special arrangements for a birthday whilst on holiday. They acknowledge the request and said they would be in touch. I never heard from them again on the subject.Charged £99 each way for a private transfer ( for 2 ) from Cancun airport to hotel on Riviera Maya. This journey is approximately 30 minutes. They contracted the effort out to Hotelbeds. No information was provided for arrival. Expe ...
