    The worst travel agent I have ever dealt with, the price was low, but the ordeal I had to go through just not worth. I booked the flight by phone and the sale guy sent me the e ticket with an open date. I emailed 3 times asking him to issue the ticket with the date and was told that this is how an eticket was issued.I had to check with the Airlines myself and the airline staff confirmed that there should be a date on the ticket. I phoned the travel agent more than 10 times and was transferred like a pingpong between the staff,was always disconnected when I asked to speak to a manager. No one ever phoned back as they promised. When I finally spoke to the manager, it took more than 1 hour on the phone to resolve the issue, apparently they didn't know how to link their system to the airline's system. will never use it again!

    I booked a one way flight (I thought this was a simple task)with Crystal Travel as the price I was offered was about £100 cheaper than the other websites. Too good to be true? Most definately. I called rather than go online as I wanted to check it was a live booking, it turned out the price was more than the website stated.     I booked self-catering accommodation at Val Cenis through Crystal, and next time I would book direct, since we always ended up dealing with the various service providers directly anyway.
    We booked ski lessons through them with ESF, and because Crystal advised that I could always move up a class if necessary, booked my daughter into beginners.     Misleading price given - hidden costs such as boot hire and not benig told that one evening we had to eat out despite asking for total costs at the start. Not very clean accommodation. But the boys in the chalet were extremely amiable and friendly. Nobody was told that the 1/2 board offer only covered 3 out of 4 nights - so we all had to effectively pay for a quarter of our evening meals (and Val d'Isere is not especially cheap).     Crystal Holidays: Being a complete novice at skiing holidays, I thought choosing a well known supposedly professional ski operater would ensure I was in good hands. How wrong I was!!     I went to the Austrian Tyrol with Crystal for one week, and chose to travel with them again three months later. The staff were friendly and helpful, the transfers from the airport to the hotel and back again went smoothly and the staff were always happy to help, even once on a day off when they weren't officially working.
