    After an unpleasant experience with Namesco I was very cautious moving my reseller hosting anywhere.
    Before transferring I made numerous calls and used their online chat facility. Unlike Namesco you actually do get 24hr support and have found someone there even when working at 3am.
    Their reseller package is straightforward to configure and very powerful. I have a number of packages configured for clients and everything works a dream.

    Cheap webhost. The McDonalds of webhosting. Terrible and impolite customer support.

    This is the only webhost I have ever come across which forces you to receive their promotional emails i.e. spams you. There is absolutely no way to stop receiving their barrage of emails, as they say there is no way of unsubscribing if you are a customer.

    Avoid like the plague.

    Really good hosting company, I have the Reseller package and they just added windows hosting for free as part of this (it was just Linux before). You can brand everything which is perfect for my business.

    For more technical users Heart Internet have an API.

    I've been a Heart Internet reseller for quite a few years, very few problems to mention as they are a reliable and a very "honest" host. "It does what it says on the can", there control panel eXtend works very well and has loads of features which they do add to, unlike my old host who never added anything. They recently upgraded all their web servers in terms of Perl, PHP, ZEND etc - I like being kept on the latest version. Support is very good and I use a wide range of their features on my site ...

    Registered a domain name a few months ago, I use email forwarding to send mail to my gmail account. All works fine, very cheap when doing this with a .co.uk name.

    I've been on the Heart Internet Home Pro package for my small business website for the past year or so, I find it more than enough for my needs. They provide lot's of guides to get started including a useful bunch of PDF's on their site for planning your site, designing it and then doing SEO. My site is WordPress based so I use their installer rather than manually installing it. I've contacted support twice via an online system and had a response/resolution very quickly.

    I had the Starter Professional Package with Heart Intenet, which was acceptable until I tried to cancel some of my domain names. They have an automatic renewal system, which you have to set to cancel when you receive an email that your domain names are due for renewal in 30 days. I carried this out, and 30 days later was charged for the domain names anyway. They refused to refund me my money so I requested my account to be cancelled.     I chose Heart Internet because of the reseller package. It looked good. Unfortunately I found the hostpay system a bind and the quick-to-reply but not helpful support team a drain on my time.The package IS cheap, but if you want to re-brand, think VERY carefully.Remember, you get what you pay for: E-Message only support.     I have been with Heart Internet since Jan 2006. For the money you can't go wrong. Its a budget service so don't expect amazing service and speed, but having said that I host nearly 200 web sites on my reseller account with them and 95% of the time all is well. Web speed is average to good, control panel is very good, customer support is excellent 95% of the time.

    They do have the occasional outage, but again for the money I accept that not host is going to give 100% for 100% of the time.

    Heart Internet looks so attractive and seems to offer so many useful functions and tools at a great price. However, as always you get what you pay for, and what you get is painfully slow and cumbersome. Have moved all of my sites over to Kunar Pages now and their control panel is fast as lightning and less than half the price. I would say try it for free if you feel you will be able to cancel it before the end of the trial.

    www.heartinternet.co.uk has good overall service. They respond quickly to support tickets (only way to contact them). Basic but useful spam filtering included. simple setup process for new domains and hosting services from within reseller control panel. Features added regularly. Overrall they are good. Only bad point was there seemed to be no phone support, even for reseller account.

    Heart Internet provides excellent service and support, good web hosting features, fair price - been on the Reseller package for 12 months - paid yearly and will be renewing soon.

    I use HostPay which comes free with the Reseller package - I would recommend trying it. If it is not for you then you can do a one click install of phpCoin which is also very good.

    I've really had no issues with Heart Internet to mention, I have the Business Pro account which includes just about anything you could need. They provide installers in their control panel for WordPress which has been useful for setting up a blog. I use MySQL and PHP on my site and it all just works out-of-the-box.
    good points. Being able to install wordpress with a one click install. Spam filtering works well.

    Very good site with many options and automated functions
    Used them for a year and am VERY satisfied both with reliability and cost. Am upgrading to the Reseller professional in 2009 again due to attractive cost.
    Would recommend this provider to anyone.

    Customer support is great. My domain expired but they still charged me for the domain privacy. Send a support ticket and within a few hours they send me a reply and refunded me. Fairly quick to reply too! The Web Hosting Control Panel or 'extend' (as they call it) It easy to use.
    Money wise, the hosting packages are a good price however you have to spend a lot of money on for loads of features that you will never use (although the amount you get is good for money but I see no possible ...

    I was with WebFusion for 5 years but moved to Heart Internet about 11 months ago after the support and service at WebFusion got beyond a joke. It's so refreshing to be with Heart Internet, they are constantly adding new features to their products and the price is great.

    No notification that I was aware of when Heart Internet took over website from another company. No notification when registration needed renewal - site just closed for me. Site reinstated when my personal credit-card details submitted. But card debited second time without any authority - and no explanation forthcoming. H-I's have zero concept of customer service.
