    I moved my site to Compila about a year ago after having so many problems with my last hosting company. From day one the guys at customer support were nothing but helpful answering my MANY questions and doing most of the leg work. I'd always had trouble with the mySQL with my last host (who were an awful lot more expensive considering the real lack of help I got from them whenever a problem occurred) the servers were always dreadfully slow and they seemed constantly down but I have had no such problems with Compila. They are reliable, quick to respond and great value for money. I'd definitely recommend them if anyone asked. :)

    Been with Compila for about three years now and host a number of sites with them (about 60 at the moment). They are great on price and have a good steady uptime with little to no problems. My clients are not complaining so I have no reason to complain. A great outsfit that does what they say and dont bombard you with email after email trying to sell you more.

    I wouldnt use anyone else.

    Been with compila for about 6 months, been keeping an eye on my visitor stats but not much else, have recently started to update and visit my own my site a lot, and it was'nt until then that i realised just how much my website was offline. 6hrs one day, 3hrs 2 days later, and again this morning. Customer service (via email) gets back to you pretty fast but they havn't sorted out the problem of 'not-a-lot-of-uptime'. Cheap prices, but if your websites never online you might as well not bother.

    I have been with Compila for 2 years now and my experiences with them started off very good. Its seems this was the case because everything was working, but as soon as something goes wrong and you need support...well basically your on your own.Support is unprofessional, uncaring and basically amateurish. Online support is absolutely disgusting. They stop half way through conversions to answer the phone. Yes they actually say, "hold on, that was the phone ill be right back". Then they are gone fo ...

    My experience with Compila has been very good. I started hosting with them in 2007 so I speak with 2 years experience. I have about 6 websites with them. Their support is excellent. Always friends and punctual. They sort things out without making a fuss which is always good to know. Fantastic price, lots of features as part of the package, good reliable support. Best of the budget hosting companies.

    Generally good web hosting let down by the customer service. I have been using Compila for 2 years, but have lost count of the number of times I have found some of the support staff to be unhelpful.

    The final straw for me was when I visited my site to find a message saying our account had been suspended for non-payment. In place of my site was a list of links to competitors sites from Google adwords. No invoice. No reminder. The first I knew about it was when our e-mails stopped working.
