“Too big for proper customer service?!”
Visit www.uk2.netThey have an auto-renew policy at the same cheap price as the package that enticed you... unless it doesn't exist any more. They don't notify you of changes in writing as they're "too big a company to contact you individually". So they tried to charge me a new amount... double what it was 2 years ago.
