We have just come back from a weekend at the Kessingland Beach park, booked through Hoseasons . We booked due to the facilities advertised. We were disappointed that not all facilities were opened. ie the sap pool, mini ten pin bowling and the fish and chip shop. These were all facilities we were planning on using. We had to leave the park to get fish and chips. We asked at reception why the facicities were not opened, they stated that as it was nearing the end of season certain facilities had been closed for the season. I replied that this was not stated in the brocure it stated all facilities would be opened except the out door pool. Also the weekend was half term and a busy time for the park. The people at reception were not at all concerned. If we had known certain facilities would not have been opened we would have chosen another park more suitable to our needs . We have tried to contact Hoseasons head office customer service about our holiday and to date have had no reply so again not very good customer service.

we stayed in caravan 427 at the riverside in bognor regis in sept 2009. ..... it stank of smoke and urine and was filthy. We were only there for a weekend and told the reception of our finds , including a cooker hob that did not work and a shower head that was broken and when we reported to Hoseasons on our return , they told us to put it in writing and have the reply come back saying that we should have read the small print and we should have phoned HOSEASONS and let them know while we wer ...- Read Guest's review (130 words)

Just returned from HoSeasons "villa" in France. Filthy bedlinen - sweat stained pillows and blood on baby's cot bedding. Villa said "linen supplied" but they did not even supply any top sheets - just an empty duvet cover. I called HoSeasons immediately to request new linen and their so-called "customer care" were rude and insulting. There was no apology and instead they told me to use the washing machine to clean the dirty bed linen! If you are even contemplating booking with HoSeasons plea ...- Read Guest's review (86 words)

I too have experienced the worst holiday ever at a camp site sold by Hoseasons in St Ives. The lodge was damp, cold and the smell was awful. We also had our car key'd down the side from the back to the front. I will NEVER EVER book with Hoseasons ever again... and would not recommend it to anyone!- Read Guest's review (59 words)

We found them very rude and unhelpful staff at sight booked (Haven Greenacres)If you have a problem after 6pm no one can or wants to help and we were left to wait until reception opens at 9am!! Entertainment and food area could do with a bit more attention on the cleaning, safety and customer service front too. There was a leak from roof with no wet floor sign but a bucket to catch the drips instead and also empty beer bottles near the kids play area. The caravan had ripped curtains, broken shel ...- Read Guest's review (115 words)

Just got back from a holiday we booked through hoseasons at chesil beach resort in Weymouth, great site, great caravan, but the caravans numbered 'blue' 1,2,and 3 are 3 meters from a very busy bus stop and 4 metres from a very busy main road, the noise from the buses and road is extremely loud and at least 10 buses stop every hour from 6am in the morning till midnight, also the passengers are peering into the van,and then loads of HGV lorrys the rest of the night, you will not get any sleep if yo ...- Read henri185's review (188 words)

Booked a lovely cottage with it`s own spa pool. Turns out prior to departure it did`nt have a spa pool. Cancelled. Offered us alternatives and promised to hold them for 24 hours so that we could choose one. Sold them straight away to other people. No further properties available. Result, no where to go on such short notice. Thanks for nothing Hoseasons.- Read Guest's review (63 words)

Booked a 4 week holiday with Hoseasons at Casa Welsh, Moriara in Spain. Villa was dirty inside and out. Pool dirty until the pool man sorted it out in the first week. Washing machine broken and had to be fixed (we were still waiting on the last day) DVD playing not working. Oven smoked when used. The kitchen poorly equiped. The weekly clean that was promised and paid for didnt happen. Noisy building work going on next door every day. We did complain three times to the agent in Moraira in both En ...- Read Guest's review (179 words)

my partner and i booked with Hoseasons Holidays to stay at the Michaelstow mannor in april o9 for a short weekend break to climb Bodmin moor. WE arrived at reception where a cat brought in a dead mouse, they were digging up right outside reception and there was mud everywhere. we booked the break on line and there was entertainment advertised on every night, but we were told on arriving that there was no entertainment on all weekend. We would not have booked if we had known this as it was miles ...- Read michswans's review (151 words)

Went to Hemsby Beach holidays for Easter Break 2009. Entertainment staff were fab and my 5 year old loved it. Very proffessional. As long you expect to sleep in a Hi Di Hi type accomodation you wont be disapointed. Very basic, but states that in the brochure.- Read Guest's review (122 words)

5 Star? How on earth? Luxury? Don't think so. Would not use again. Nearly ruined our Christmas. Not a recommended service, all you have is the ducks to talk to! They don't care how you feel on your ruined holiday they just want your money.- Read Guest's review (44 words)

Journey--------goodAccommodation- satisfactory Restaurant - Shocking.Fish and Chip shop-----OUTRAGEOUS! Launderette - Little point as nothing works! Swimming pool- ok --but only if you can get in!! General overall opinion - not recommended. As you can probably tell, I am very disgruntled with mostly everything at Camber Sands.- Read andy gray's review (335 words)

I've had 3 holidays with Hoseasons at their u.k. holiday parks and tried 3 different parks, St Bees, Cockerham Sands and Stanwick Park. The first was St. Bees where I booked for our wedding anniversary on Xmas eve. When we arrived it was dark, the staff had gone home and there was no electricity or gas on in the caravan. The carpets were soaked in dog urine and the smell was horrific. We didn't even unpack, we just cut our losses and went home, 150 miles. Cockerham sands.........the caravan was ...- Read Harry04's review (182 words)

We had a marvellous holiday at Kingsdown Park sharing chalets 67 and 68 with friends. The accommodation is really of the highest standard and we found it through the web site not Hoseasons. Hoseasons are simply an agency who do not bother to check the accommodation they offer - as long as they take 25% they really don't care. We found you are much better going directly to owners who take enormous pride in their properties. This way you get great accommodation at a lower price.- Read wornell's review (102 words)

I have stayed at Dawlish Warren in Devon on several occasions also Piperdam in Dundee on several occasions and cannot fault Hoseasons at all. Book with confidence! Service and accommodation first rate. I have stayed at Haven and Pontins sites which are filthy and disgusting (check their reviews.......enough said!) I will return to Hoseasons sites again and again- Read JEFFJEN's review (64 words)

In August 2005, my family and I arrived late at Hoseasons Invermoriston Chalets near Loch Ness. Upon entering the chalet the smell of damp was overwhelming. The chalet was old and very cramped, the fixtures and fittings were of a very poor standard and the furniture was old and shabby. The chalet looked as though it had been constructed in the 1960s or early 1970s and it had not been updated since that time. Because we were tired after our long journey we initially thought that we would stay ...- Read Jane Asady's review (540 words and 4 comments)
