Love this Samsung Digimax camera, great image quality, good features. Goes up to iso1000 which is great for low light or art grainy shots. Battery life isn't an issue with rechargeables. Went travelling round Morocco with this camera, took 1000 shots in a variety of environments, light settings etc, did the job beautifully with no problems. Video is great too, high quality, high capacity. I love this camera.

Useless , not fit for purpose if you have to change the batteries every few shots. It can take one clear picture before the battery goes flat.

Definately recommend the Samsung Digimax D103 camera . If I lost it tomorrow I would be searching for another to buy that day. Handy size ,fits pocket . This is the first digi camera I have had ,prior to this I always had 35mm thru the lens cameras. I am impressed with this unit .Wish I had had one years ago.Never taken a bad photo with it.

The Samsung Digimax D103 ia a fantastic little camera. Had it since June 07 now and it has never failed me. It's hard-wearing too. I take it everywhere and it's always getting scraped and knocked about but it still works perfectly. It takes brilliant shots as well and has a great range of features. It's also very easy to use and is nice and compact. The only thing wrong is the battery life, but it's never great on digital cameras anyway. And it's not the worst I've ever come across. I just thin ...

I like this camera... I don't think there's another camera that has good quality for close up shots with same value for money. Sample can be seen in www.redbubble.com/people/eka4fun/art/163665-1-wet-n-fresh

The Samsung Digimax D103 is a great camera, only the battery is an issue.

I completely disagree with Vendula's comments. I have had no problems in playing back my .avi video clips on my PC!

Also I use rechargeable batteries and have found that typically they last for at least 2 days while on holiday taking a mixture of up to 50 photos and 10 video clips!

All in all the Digimax D103 is a very good value for money camera at an affordable price.

The videos you take with the Samsung Digimax D103 digital camera are saved in .avi format, and when you save it to a PC, you will not be able to view it in the usual packages, such as Windows Media Player, Real Player or Quick Time Player. In fact, I have no clue which program you CAN view it in!

The far worse drawback is how it sucks battery power. If you go on holiday and plan to take quite a few pictures, you must take loads of spare batteries with you. I went on holiday; the camera had br ...
