I've seen a lot of bad comments on here regarding returns policy at Aspecto but my experience is compeltely the opposite. I bought some trousers paying on-line but did this in-store in Nottingam. The trousers were delivered in days and it turns out I'm fatter than expected so had to send them back which I did on Monday. A full refund was in my bank a/c today. Well done Aspecto (read more)

I recently purchased a jacket in their Glasgow West Nile Street store, upon further consideration i decided to return it but was informed that they do not provide refunds. Prior to purchasing this jacket I was not informed by a member of staff that this policy was in existence and the only sign in the store to inform customers is a tiny sign situated on the till, that I was never in a position to see. “Not interested once they have your money”

Lovely gear and oh so friendly and helpful when they are selling a product if a little bit sniffy of anyone under 25 that is. Have a problem with a pair of Uggs that cost £170 and they are totally uninterested. Well we have lots of these sent back but its just wear and tear they say. In that case you should warn your customers before they spend their hard earned money or just stop selling poor quality stuff. Am now involving Trading Standards (read more)

i tried to order some ugg boots online didnt work so i tried again and same happened again. Then i find out they have taken money out my bank for two pairs and wont refund it and i wont be getting the item. the bank also confirms this and in my opinion this is shocking customer service. (read more)

My boyfriend purchased a pair of UGG boots and a pair of UGG slippers in December for an Xmas present, asking for both in a size 8. When I opened the presents on Xmas morning I realised he'd been given a UK 8 in the boots, but a US 8 in the slippers (a UK 6). When trying to return the slippers for an exchange I was told they didn't stock the slippers in a size 8. I I used to visit the Manchester store at least once a month until I recently moved away. After looking on this review site before ordering I was a little worried about purchasing after seeing so many bad reviews. As the sale price was really good and the best around I decided to go ahead with my order. I even spoke to a very polite person at customer service regarding my delivery address being changed to my work address. The item arrived next day and very well packaged. Will be using again! If I could review this company without marking any stars, I would......
I bought some jeans from the Nottingham branch of Aspecto. the jeans should have been a size 32 (as on the label inside). when I got home and tried them on they were too tight! Every other size 32 I've got fits ok.
Anyway, I took the jeans back to the shop and was met with the most objectional behaviour I have ever experienced. I was told by the staff that I had worn the jeans and even washed them as they smelt...

As previous reviewers I bought 2 items (shoes and jeans) and received a confirmation email. then 5 days later I got an email saying that one of the shoes had been in the shop window and had faded and they could not find the jeans due to a stock discepancy, so they were returning my money.
What a load of B***s**t !
As others here report they are selling goods they either do not have or is damaged stock.
To my mind they are an unreliable, untrustworthy...

Bought the North Face Jacket on 27/12/2011 for £200 and got confirmation on my email that everything is fine and item is going to be posted.1 week later due to the fact that only way to communicate with them is via email, i wrote one asking what is going on, and when my item is going to be posted? Got reply after 3 days later saying that my money been credited back to my account and no item will be posted. I am very disappointed. Would not recommend to anyone. (read more)

Many of the online stores I use only allow 7 days for a return for refund/exchange so 14 days is pretty generous!

My sun purchased a pair of jeans from their Nottingham shop out of money he received for his 16th birthday but after a couple of weeks a loop of stitching had started to come away on the back of the jeans. My wife took them back to the Nottingham shop but they decided that the damage was not down to the manufacturers and refused to exchange them for a new pair. My search for Terra Planna shoes on Google shoping search led me to aspecto, anywhere els your looking at a price of at least £80 + delivery, on aspecto I payed only £46 inc del, there was a small clerical error on my order that left me feeling a little apprehensive of aspecto at first, but the after sales service was excellent,
they where helpful and friendly refunding the full price of delivery...

I am writing this review to inform future customers of the service I received whilst shooping for some very expensive Ugg boots in the Trafford Centre just before Christmas. They were a gift for my fiancee for Christmas, but upon opening them she did not like them, as she said she would not get the wear out of them. Utterly atrocious after sales service. Jeans were faulty after short period of wear. Despite being very well looked after and washing advice followed to the letter, no refund, credit or exchange offered. Staff not interested in helping at all.
Nice stock, but if anything goes wrong after they have your money, beware.

After debating/trying on etc for about 10 mins, my husband chose to buy an Adidas Jacket which there were 2 of on the Sale rack, with Sale Tags all over them from the Aspecto store in the Trafford Centre.
The price of the jacket was £40.00 reduced from £69.99, but when we reached the till we were told that the item was no longer on sale? They said that it must have been put back up to full price and they just had not updated the displays yet? So the till was updated but the shop wasn't,...

I am sorry you are unhappy with our store returns policy but we do clearly advertise that goods purchased in store can be returned for exchange or credit note within a specified time period.
All our stores offer changing rooms or seating, if you a buying footwear, so that goods customers can try the product prior to purchasing.
I am sorry you are unhappy with our store returns policy but it has been the same for past 26 years.
