    Utterly atrocious after sales service. Jeans were faulty after short period of wear. Despite being very well looked after and washing advice followed to the letter, no refund, credit or exchange offered. Staff not interested in helping at all.
    Nice stock, but if anything goes wrong after they have your money, beware.

    The Staff were very polite and helpful, They knew what they were selling and could help me with my queries i had about buying Ugg boots. Thankyou for good service.

    Aspecto has a simple website to navagate with great choice and my item was delivered the very next day, just in time for Father's Day

    I have shopped in Aspecto before and am registered in their loyalty card scheme. Last week I received an emailed invitation to a Friday social at the Glasgow store. I had a great evening with good tunes and free beers. As it was the end of the month I had money in my pocket and duly spent some!

    Helpful staff.Fashionable and adequately so, priced items.Fashionable and glamorous staff.

    An excellent shop with excellent staff and value for money on prices.

    After debating/trying on etc for about 10 mins, my husband chose to buy an Adidas Jacket which there were 2 of on the Sale rack, with Sale Tags all over them from the Aspecto store in the Trafford Centre.
    The price of the jacket was £40.00 reduced from £69.99, but when we reached the till we were told that the item was no longer on sale? They said that it must have been put back up to full price and they just had not updated the displays yet? So the till was updated but the shop wa ...
