    Good Points: I have been using Motorola cell phone for the last 5 years and I find it very impressing. I find Motorola more reliable and easy to use. The good thing about Motorola cell phone is that there is no hanging problem nor any software error problem nor any other problem. Further I have even tested my Motorola cell in closed strong room as normally Nokia, Sony erricson and Samsung signal normal are gone but Motorola was running excellent.

    Bad Points: I don't find any bad points

    General comments: So far as battery is concern now it depends on the non- genuineness of the battery and if the battery is genuine There will be no problem. If the battery is genuine the talk time can go 7 hour or more. Normally the sales men or shop keeper replace the original genuine battery with non - genuine battery with the sets and sell the original battery on a heavy price. So far as the software update is also available if you have the original genuine CD of Motorola software provided at the time of purchase.

    It is ever not beta, it is pre-alpha. Keep miles away, never buy from Mororola again. Pathethic battery - 1 day, complicated and non-customisable menu, errors in software, awkward not changeable menu, icons and their positions, trouble with UIQ applications, constant buzz even when not used, opening and executing folders takes ages, and much much more.

    The Motorola RIZR Z8 phone drives me mad - it's SO un-user friendly and unstable!!! For instance when you create a calendar entry, instead of displaying "OK" or "Save" it lists only "Cancel" which then gives you the Question 'Do you wish to save?'; followed by the option of "No" "Ok" and "Yes". What are the difference of OK and Yes....you tell me!!! It gets so hot its untrue. It crashes lots.     Software is rubbish! I have seen better uni projects than whats been put on this phone. Motorola should be ashamed -for instance when creating an entry in the calendar you have to select 'Cancel' in order to save it! Phone search does not pick up both names - i.e. you have to search for surname not first. If you are not used to Motorola phones stay WELL away! Phone switches off if you close it too hard. Battery goes from 2 bars (66%) to nothing in a second! Then you restart the phone and it says ...

    I like the Motorola RIZR Z8 phone and if I knew that it was this good I would have bought it earlier. Battery life is not as good as it could be but still an awesome phone, stylish and it is quite easy to use.

    Good features, stylish design, nice little touches but let down by the poor battery life. The RIZR Z8 is a good phone, but Motorola, release a better battery please?

    I had so waited for the Motorola RIZR Z8, but after a week it's back in the box, the screen is amazing, the features for the calender are very good, but to text in my view is a nightmare, so slow, and battery life is very very poor.

    This phone looks looks wonderful but it may as well be a dummy phone, you can just about make a call, you cant even download the software on Windows Vista, and guess what, Motorola have not even got an update on their website, on its way back for a full refund, consider again in 6 months.
