    Good Points: Helpful reception staff. Short walk to the beach. Quiet location. Cleaned every day


    Bad Points: No aircon so when windows open at night got bitten by mosquitos! Generally poor repair - toilet flush coming apart, marks on walls, small amounts of mould on bathroom ceiling. Cleaner coming in early every morning - even when we were still there! Beds rock hard and mattresses smelt. Wardrobes smelt so couldn't put clothes in them


    General comments: On the positive side the reception staff were helpful, booking us taxi's whenever we needed them. The bungalows were only a short walk from the beaches, which were immaculately clean and not too busy. The location of the bungalows is quiet - no busy roads nearby or people noise. The accomodation was cleaned every day, although the cleaner was a bit overenthusiastic and came in early every day, even trying to clean while we were still in bed!The rooms could do with a bit of a freshen up - the general repair was quite poor and the decor had definitely seen better days. By far the worst bit though was the beds - the mattresses were rock hard and one of the beds mattresses really smelt - so much so that we ended up sleeping on the sofa bed in the living room. The hotel pool was clean with plenty of spare sun loungers, but the water was freezing and is definitely not heated! We did not eat at the hotel as the food choice is a bit limited and basic, but we had a drink in the bar which wasn't very nice.Overall, I would say this is more of a two star than a three star and if you want basic accomodation it is fine. However, if you want a comfortable night's sleep I would suggest you stay elsewhere.

    This is our tenth visit to Hyde Park we love it and would recommend it. Love the bungalows gives you your own space very pleasant, staff very friendly and helpful

    Excellent accommodation, the bungalows are well kept the staff very friendly and helpful. A great place to stay not too far from anywhere a taxi into old town about 4.50 euros, a nice well kept quiet complex, would definitely stay again. We had breakfast a couple of times and although filling it wasn't great

    Intend going again in September and will stay in Hyde Park. This will be our third time staying there. Discovered the Kinsale Restaurant ....a few minutes by Taxi...highly recommended. Two main courses, two deserts and bottle of wine ...

    We booked a last minute offer with Thomson and hired a car. With easy access to the motorway, Hyde Park Lane Bungalows made a great base for exploring the interesting island of Lanzarote.

    We went on a Volcanic trip on the evening trip round while we stayed at the Hyde park Bungalows in Lanzarote. It was great, but the BBQ food was awful; 1 chicken leg (not cooked through), 1 spicy sausage, 1 pork chop (dried up), 1 roll with no butter, so that was dry also, we had 1 bottle of water on the table for 4, and there was supposed to be wine, but we got watered down Sangria. It was not worth £80 for 2 people, and you didn't see them cook it all either on the volcanic flame like th ...

    Our friends stayed at the Hyde Park Lane Bungalows we went to see them it is a great place to have a wonderful holiday.
    The pool was lovely and warm. It is in a great part of Playa De Los Pocillos, close to the beach and the shops with some great places to eat out. We are all going back in may this year staying at the Hyde Park Lane

    Playa De Los Pocillos, Hyde Park Lane Bungalows is without doubt one of the best places we have stayed. It is more suited for the quiet holiday but has enough on site to enjoy. The swimming pool was lovely and the staff were friendly. Everything from shops to car hire and Bars to Beaches are very close to complex, only a 5 minute walk to the front. From our point of view it was a lovely place to stay and we would recommend it highly.

    I would recommend The Hyde Park Bungalows to anyone staying in Lanzarote and I guarantee that it will make your holiday a dream come true. I found Hyde Park Lane Bungalows very clean, very good for food and the facilities were excellent e.g. the swimming pool. It wasn't very good for entertainment and the service in the restaurant was very slow.

    Had a very enjoyable holiday at Hyde Park Lane Bungalows would recommend to friend and family.
    Customer Service was excellent and friendly, Clean and tidy bungalowes .
    Restraunt was excellent service and reasonably priced good selective menu.
    Pool and bar was safe and clean. Maybe a few more umbrellias around the pool.
