My problem is that I can't get to the upgrade link (while on the internet) to put in my upgrade key. What can I do to fix it. I'm frustrated with the lack of tech support for this product.

Yahoo should be ashamed to market this piece of junk.

When I got my MP3 player for Christmas (the player is really good so don't let the software turn you off), it came with MusicMatch Jukebox to put stuff on it. How bad can it be? After all, how hard can it be to make a music playing software? Apparently these people thought it was pretty hard, or they just rushed it out the door. Not only that, but just about every button you press brings up an ad to upgrade the program.

First I'll talk about how it's half baked. On iTunes, everything is ...

MusicMatch Jukebox: This software has the potential to be an extremely good product. The interface is most very good, although the procedure for adding tracks is surprisingly cumbersome, since it would be very easy to improve.

The real problem is that the software is horribly buggy and after a 30 day guarantee, you're out of luck if something stops working. I've had two problems with this software: (1) after a few months, it stopped recognizing my CD drive. (2) After I reinstalled Windows, it ...

The latest Musicmatch Jukebox 8.20.0107 does it all. The GUI interface has changed a bit to incorporate some new features, but the base application is as dynamic as ever. I would highly recommend users take advantage of the Radio service. The download to portable device feature is easy to use and supports more MP3 players than anybody else. I've burned tons of tracks to CDs (both MP3 and Redbook) with very few, if any, errors. Absolutely a "must have"!

MusicMatch Jukebox software works well, but the updating is totally bogus! Instead of updating the software, they ask you to upgrade. This was free with a product key, until they decided that the latest up-grade would be at an additional cost. You are informed you of this after the latest version was installed, which lacks many of the features of the full product. I could use the previous version since the update deletes it. Good product, but the deceptive marketing sent me looking for some ...

I would put Musicmatch jukebox up against any online mp3 player out there. It's the best overall for ease of use, and has more features than could imagine for the user who likes to backup his or her cd collection. Oh...almost forgot....Radio MX cannot be touched. All the other players radio stations sound like the music is coming through a toilet paper tube.

There are lots and lots of MP3 players about, more than you can shake a stick at infact. It seems that the most popular one is WinAmp which I suppose is because of its relative ease of use. If a MP3 player is all you are after then WinAmp does the job but for that little bit extra I have found the MusicMatch Jukebox top notch. As well as offering all the usual applications of an MP3 player there is so much more. The best use is the CD ripper which allows you to put your own CDs into MP3 format a ...
