After calling them to inform them of the problem I had with the dial on my Morphy Richards 48425, they did not hesitate in sending out a replacement blender, to be expected in 2-5 days. I got through straight away and it took a few minutes to give my details. I didn't have to send a copy of my receipt or send them the blender, therefore I suspect that my blender wasn't the first to have had this problem; even so, I am extremely happy with the service I received and the manner in which they dealt with my problem.

Overall I do not regret buying this Morphy Richards blender it, however my view would change if the after sales care was bad, of which I am yet to experience. The blender is good for smoothies, and soups, and as this is the only blender I have owned I cannot compare it to any other one. Some reviews complain about how the lid flew off when hot liquids were being blended - It clearly states in the manual that you should not put hot liquids in it.
