Had a great experience dealing with this company. I contacted to say I was having a problem with the size of one of the items I purchased and was told that a replacement would be sent out and that I could keep the item in question to do whatever I chose with ( I donated it to a charity shop). The items I purchased were of excellent value and I will definitely be shopping with this company again. I would recommend them to anyone wishing to purchase home furnishings.

We had great service even though we and Facrory2U were let down by the third party delivery company. Factory2U did everything they could to put it right and get our suitcases to us before we went on holiday. Would recommend them and would use the again.

"Jersey Fitted Sheets 100% Cotton King Size Pack Set of 10 Cheap Bulk Buy Bedding" Every sheet was damaged, there are holes in them, they are stained and have other dirty marks on them. Absolute rubbish! I do not know how they have the audacity to even sell such poor quality items. 10 cheap sheets not fit for purpose. Do not waste your money.

This is the second memory foam topper I got 3 inch one for the main bedroom & bought a 2 inch for the spare room and I can say they are fantastic they are so comfortable my beds are both firm but the toppers make them nice & soft. The best thing is when you order any thing it is delivered within 24 hours which is amazing & the postage is free, I can highly recommend this company.

The Factory2u.company responded rapidly to correct a mistake on the size of sheet I had ordered. The deep fitted sheet I ordered did not match up to the size stated on the package. After notifying them by e-mail they quickly responded and supplied the correct depth sheet. Extra care was taken by the company ,measuring the depth of the sheet before dispatching it to me. I am delighted with the replacement sheet as it fits the mattress perfectly. The response was quick and efficient.

Our flanellette sheets are so thin they will fall apart any day now. I have tried contacting them and get no response. Fraudulent and unethical in the extreme. £35 wasted.

The duvet I received is very poor quality and all the filling is constantly coming out - I have tried numerous times to send emails via their website ,ring etc with no response. Think twice before you order any bedding from factory 2 u .

after several months one of the sheets developed a hole where the cotton was so thin. As the sheets were ordered through Amazon I contacted factory 2u twice through the Amazon website for instructions regarding a replacement but got no reply.
i then emailed factory2u direct through their website but have got no reply.
Whilst the original order was handled well the after sales assistance, as so often is the case, is non existent and i would advise caution for anyone buying items from this outlet if they want quality after sales service

The sheets arrived within a couple of days. At first I was dubious because the packaging was torn.
I also was worried because it said warm wash only. I need not not have worried as they washed fine at 40 degrees.

So after washing and putting the sheets on the bed, I have to say that they are lovely, silky to the touch and the deep fitted bottom sheet fitted perfectly.

I am very pleased with them and think they are very good value, indeed I could not find sheets of that quality (400 TC) anywhere else on the net for anywhere near that price. Good value.

Had the Fully Lined 90" x 90" Jacquard Curtains fuly satisfied with the product and service. I would recommend. Slight issue with website but think that was to do with the browser I was using.
