Since its latest upgrade, performance has been very slow. Only upside is good security against keyloggers using the PINsentry.- Read Guest's review (19 words)

The internet service seems to be getting worse both for Barcalys and Barclaycard. Multiple log on problems, and no adivce on the main Barclays page for either one as rleating to the fact that here are difficulties. It woudl be really good to show this on a dialy basis - at least we woudln't feel so frustrated. I have not been able to access the Barclaycard site since it changed this month, with inadequate responses from the company. It used to be great- Read veallam's review (83 words)

Terrible, Terrible, Terrible! Debit card transactions dont show for days, direct devits dont show for days, i cant tell what money i have left in the account at times. THE slowest website in the world.
I also use Natwest and this is superb, very fast indeed and shows everyting you could ask for straight away.
Barclays you need to sort this out! You are a massive profit eraning company and not looking after the people who matter! US! its our money not yours!!!- Read Guest's review (83 words)

Barclays online banking is a terribly slow system.
This morning I have tried logging in several times but because it takes so long to load it automatically logs me out for being 'inactive' for ten minutes. I too have had problems with my account details not matching when I have taken extra special care entering my details knowing how temperamental the service is. It doesn't even deserve 1 star! It would be much quicker going to the bank as I have just spent a frustrating 30 minutes trying to lo ...- Read Guest's review (131 words)

Barclays Internet Banking have been superb. switched from Cahoot and have had an incredibly different experience . Friendly, cheerful customer services. Yes the login to the site is complicated, but it's always worked. Clear statements and details of charges. Would recommend.- Read Guest's review (40 words)

barclays internet banking is stupidly slow website - it would be quicker to drive to town than wait for the login page to load. Very poor service considering all the money they make - how about reinvesting some of it. If they want us to use modern technology then they really have to 'get with it'.
Never been impressed with Barclays since they destroyed the Woolwich. EVERYTHING has become slower and more difficult since they took over.- Read Guest's review (77 words)

WHAT HAVE YOU DONE??? Up until today (27/07/2009) I very rarely had a problem logging on to my barclays internet bank account. Today I haven't been able to logg on at all. I noticed last week you changed the look of the website. If this has caused the promblem then there is a saying...'If it ain't broke, don't fix it.' I hope you haven't paid a small fortune to some 'expert' to upgrade your Internet Banking Facility. I was quite happy with the way it was. CB- Read Guest's review (88 words)

Is a fast, easy to navigate, easily readable, and safe online banking system. I've been using Barclays Internet Banking for about 2 years now, and have to say that it has only got better over time.
There's plenty of useful things their online banking service offers. I'm just a student and only really need to use 2 of them.
It allows me to check the balance of my account(s) without any hassle, and i can transfer money to and from accounts with ease. What else could i ask for?

Barclays internet banking, which I use regularly in the UK to monitor expenses and pay bills, is a poor system. It often fails to log me in even when I make sure my log-in details are correct. The reasons for not allowing me to log-in do not correspond with the real issues. The account details often do not correspond with actual expenditure, and they also do not go back far enough. Furthermore, after the site pages were recently changed, supposedly to make it easier to use, I can only say that I ...- Read Guest's review (101 words)

Before returning to the UK last year I was living in Australia and I used internet banking there. I am used to my debit card transactions showing IMMEDIATELY in my internet banking, but instead here I notice that while the available amount is reduced the transaction doesn't show for several days. When it does it has a different date to when the transaction was made and there is no reference number or any way to tie it back to the transaction if I have made several purchases from the same shop ov ...- Read Guest's review (272 words)

Barclays India on line money transfer is not easy as it used by third party software called Times of Money. If any one stuck, It is nightmare to find out solution. Their is no direct contact with this company and no any window help line. They says it is like 1 2 3 steps to transfer money but it is not that easy. NRE BARCLAYS staff have lack of knowlege about on line money transfer. In one case they told me that BARCLAYS DO NOT HAVE ON LINE FACILITY TO TRASNFER MONEY FROM UK TO INDI ...- Read Guest's review (110 words)

Barclays Internet Banking is very poor. Site written by techies so not easy to follow. Only stores records for about 2 months. When breaks down you have to ring a premium rate number to be told they can't help. Sign on login page saying "Service Unavailable" without any details as to why or when will be resumed.- Read Guest's review (56 words)

Barclays Internet Banking used to be good. Now can't get any response from the web server. Tried over many days and different browsers, so not cache, etc. Other sites work OK as does the Barclays home page. Now can't get the login page to load - come on Barclays, get it sorted out.- Read Guest's review (53 words and 1 comment)

Original reader instructions did not advise removing skin from window so I was eventually locked out.. I phoned Barclays Internet Banking. quite a few times, stating that I could not see instructions because of the printing on the window, and even then was not advised to remove the skin. Told everything was OK. Have now sent me another reader, including instructions now regarding removal of skin on window.
I am still locked out. and the phone calls have cost me..- Read lizzy123's review (90 words)

I am a personal & business Barclays Internet Banking customer. List of errors1. For some reason they can't grasp I have moved house even though I have opened 2 new accounts in the last 6 months giving all my current details.2. I have a limited company account. They still address my company without the limited causing confusion with my last (not limited) account.3. Sent me three 5 digit pass codes (none seem to work now)4. Pin sentry worked once now locked me out.5. I have a "holding" account whi ...- Read Nyquest's review (147 words)

Excellent. Always get done what I need to, quick and easy to use, better than getting through to a call-centre in Pakistan. Easy to transfer money to accounts, apply for loans etc. Can check statements whenever I want rather than waiting for 3 months for one in the post.- Read Guest's review (49 words)
