Good Points: It looks nice.
Bad Points: Not very good.
General comments: Hotpoint should take this model away from me and replace with better one. Build up the ice from the freezer, than the fridge does not get cold. My last defrost was on March 2008 and today again.

Looks good. I bought this brand mostly because of my previous experience of Hotpoint products. I think this must be a big mistake by allowing this inferior fridge freezer on the market. Fridge fails constantly due to build up of ice from the freezer. Must be defrosted on a regular basis.
